“This place is fantastic. We didn't know they repair cars also. I commented about that and the gentleman in athe office asked what we needed repaired. My husband said we had no head lights and that's why we needed a rental. They pulled it into the garage and replaced all 4 bulbs. For our car you have to remove the front tires and fender. It took 1and a quarter hours. They didn't even charge us for it's heat warning. Great place to do business with.”

“It worked out perfect for what I needed it for. Reasonable considering how much and where we were hauling. Service was very friendly and respectful. Explained everything to us. The only thing that was a bit unclear was the drop off process but my sister and myself managed to figure it out just fine. All in all, I'd recommend if you're in a pinch and home depot is sold out.”

“Last night we were driving a U-Haul trailer from Massachusetts to Virginia when the trailer lights suddenly went out. I stopped at the U-Haul Center in Naugatuck and the gentleman at the desk immediately stopped what he was doing to help us. He assessed a problem with a fuse on my car and replaced it. He filled our tires with air, gave my dogs some love and then wished us well on our way. We left with a very positive feeling towards U-Haul. I rarely feel that way about a company any more”
