I often visit Essex Mail Mart, and I absolutely love the staff there! They are fair, honest, and extremely helpful. I was thrilled when they moved from their old location to the new spot in Centerbrook. Skip the big corporations and franchise locations and choose this incredible local company if you're nearby. “I can’t say enough positive things about the Madison Post Office. I recently applied for my passport. After 2 weeks it had not arrived for processing. I went to the post office to question this and Kay immediately began to track it down. She contacted me and let me know what had happened and continued to keep me updated. I can’t say enough about the customer service Kay provided to me. She assured me my passport would arrive within a couple of weeks.”
