“First, ignore the negative reviews. None of the staff have an attitude and some customers have unrealistic expectations. Every company has their own polices. I often visit Essex Mail Mart, and I absolutely love the staff there! They are fair, honest, and extremely helpful. I was thrilled when they moved from their old location to the new spot in Centerbrook. Skip the big corporations and franchise locations and choose this incredible local company if you're nearby. They take great care with everything you plan to ship.”
“I can’t say enough positive things about the Madison Post Office. I recently applied for my passport. After 2 weeks it had not arrived for processing. I went to the post office to question this and Kay immediately began to track it down. She contacted me and let me know what had happened and continued to keep me updated. I can’t say enough about the customer service Kay provided to me. She assured me my passport would arrive within a couple of weeks.”

I made a mistake and accidentally put the wrong return item in a package that was already in the outgoing mail bin. The staff went above and beyond — they took the time to locate my package (which had already made its way to the bottom of the pile!) and helped me fix everything so I could send the correct return.
