“I visited a few weeks ago just to look around and found a perfect pair of boots in my size. The prices are great here, though depending on the color or style you are looking for, they may have limited sizes. At least, that was the case for the pair I was interested in. If you're already taking a trip to the outlets and like Timberland shoes, check it out!”
“The GM Nathan is very Friendly same like his collegeous Assoc.Maribel! Both was very Patient, always smiling ,corteous and very helpful! My husband and i Was there with my 2 friends for shopping, i had Problem with my creditcard because i haven't updated it and haven't use it for a long time. Everytime i swipe the card they Show decline! I just call the costumer Service and asked why my card not working. They fix the Problem! I truly can't ask for more! “I was at the store yesterday looking for an outfit for an upcoming class reunion. I found a fushia jacket and shirt that was perfect but the jacket was a little tight. Cheryl and another woman not only checked all locations in Connecticut to no avail but then checked inventory nationwide wide! The store in Texas was called, they confirmed they had it and it was purchased and will be shipped to me. I hate shopping in stores but these two woman not only have gained a return customer but they represented the brand in an exceptional manner. I will willingly make the trip to Clinton versus online shopping due to these two staff members. Outstanding!”

“All the girls who worked today (11/11) deserve a raise. They were patient & helpful as I (a stressed out mom) shopped for jeans. They never hesitated to get me a size or cut and NO screams came from the fitting room. These young women were helpful and kind and I would shop there over & over after today.”

“Small store tucked into the outlets, haven’t had a bad experience at the store besides items being out of stock in my size. Be sure to hit the clearance rack for amazing quality jeans for more than 50% off! I got a beautiful pair of dark wash denim skinny jeans for $15 and they were originally $80! I wish they had more shirts that promoted the Lucky Brand instead of generic graphic tees”

“I don't usually go out of my way to shop at an outdoor mall. However, this store has brought me back to Clinton more times than my wallet would like to admit! They have beautiful, well made, comfortable clothing for a great price (seriously--they have awesome deals on their well stocked clearance section, which was filled with still in season items!) I love the stylish and positivity filled fitting rooms. I also appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the female staff members were. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed each time I've shopped and have even offered to go above and beyond to order additional items online. Nothing beats cool clothes and fantastic customer service. J will definitely be back.”
“I had a great experience at this store. In fact, it was the best out of all the other stores in the outlet, due to the customer service. I went to the UGG outlet earlier this week with my twin toddlers, who were in a stroller wagon, which made my shopping experience a little difficult to maneuver around. Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful in my situation, providing my children with stickers, notepads, and clipboards to keep them occupied while I shopped.
Every employee I encountered was polite and considerate. I purchased a few different items and was helped with each one with kindness and respect. I wish I was able to get the names of the employees, but they were all great. I left feeling accomplished and not overwhelmed, which is not always the case when shopping with toddler twins.”
