“This one is so much better than Thomaston PO. The staff here are professional and friendly. The Thomaston one they have attitudes especially the lady post master I spoke to ( interjecting and speaking gruffly) she should be fired! They also hire incompetent carriers who speed in the complex had many problems with Thomaston PO and brought to managers attention - they don't seem to give. Thomaston needs to get better carriers and staff. I try not to do much business at that one.”
“First time at location. Had a prepaid Fex-Ex label, needed an envelope and to send documents Fed-Ex. The employee was helpful and friendly, I was in and out very quickly without any concerns regarding competency.”

We needed a yard sign printed same day and when I called even though they were unable to do it, Rick reached out to his contact at Signs Plus in East Granby, sent them our artwork, and facilitated the whole thing so we were able to get it right away.I can't say enough good things about our experience with this store but more specifically Rick - thank you so much!”

So on this #ThankYouThursday I want to give a special "Thank You" shout out to Robin and Alex who have guided me and helped me over the last eight months.They've educated me on the ins and outs of Flat Rate boxes, First Class Shipping and Tracking options, Media Mail and the unbelievably expensive costs to ship things to Canada.This is the only place I use to mail out my cards and the like.So Thank You, Robin and Alex.#ThankYouThursday”
“Had 2 packages which were sent to me priority mail. They were shipped to Avon Location by mistake. Called Carl at Canton PO to explain.He asked for my tracking number and said he would try to find more info for me and give me a call back. An hour later found out he had driven to Avon PO to pick up packages on his break ! Simply put - above and beyond service .I am not one to write reviews on line but this was so thoughtful I had to.”

“Just had a great experience at this post office. We are not from the area and needed to ship a few things back home that would not fit into our luggage. The staff person was very helpful in getting us the best rate, and let us use their packaging tape. Despite that there were a few people there, it was an efficient process.”
“I have owned a home in Bristol for 5 years but am just now returning to the state after having been out West the past 4 years. So when I began having mail (particularly packages) sent to me at my Bristol address, it was being held for me at this post office downtown. It was a few days before Christmas, so the post office was super busy when I arrived to pick up my packages. I parked easily just outside on the street. Although the line was fairly long inside, since I was just picking up, I was helped right away by a friendly woman. She was shocked by the number of "sorry we missed you" papers I had, but she managed to get ALL of my packages for me (there were literally a dozen packages) and she put them all in a giant mail cart so that I wouldn't have to carry them. She let me take the cart out to my car to load everything into my trunk, and then return it. This was super helpful and efficient, and I really appreciate them quickly accommodating customers and understanding their needs. It was a nice welcome back to town!”

“I use this UPS store (Post Office Square) at least once a week. I find the store to be one of the BEST UPS locations. Here are a few reasons: 1- the store is very clean 2- staff turn around is low. I see a core staff that are friendly, professional and helpful. They know their job, might sound like a silly statement, but they offer customers options that they are not aware of. The are also timely, service is quick. I’d suggest if you need a UPS store come here. Oh ya, parking is easy too. It’s the best UPS store in the world!”
“I've been to over a hundred post offices in different cities and somehow the staff in Farmington are consistently the nicest and most helpful people. I especially appreciate how kind they are to my parents, who are in their seventies and ask a ton of questions.”
“I've used this Staples twice now for printing for my business. I submitted my files online for pick-up in store. My quick prints I received were initially double-sided when I had ordered single-sided but it was corrected quickly & professionally. I returned to the store a second time with a business card order because I was on a time crunch and needed cards quickly and I am very happy with the quality & quantity of cards for the price. I've had a much better experience here than at other printing options in the Simsbury/Avon area.”

“I can't speak much regarding UPS as a whole or their delivery, but the woman who helped me at this location was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Based solely upon the convenience of the store and the employee I interacted with, I will go back (so long as the corporate, delivery element manages to get my package to its destination).”
“This post office is usually very busy. The folks here are friendly and do their best, and are also usually very overwhelmed and understaffed. If I'm in a rush, I go elsewhere.”
“It's alright. Sometimes its really slow... but if there is only like 2 people in line... you should be ok. ,the counter staff (98% of them) have attitudes, never smile (unless being condescending). I feel uncomfortable ASKING these People any questions. I feel like if i ask a question that requires actual work to answer, i will catch the sharp end of the most DISGUSTED look in history. We, the public, are definitely burdening these depressed individuals. I am not sure how they keep thier jobs..unless,of course, the manager is the head cheerleader. Who knows. Next time you're there, smile and say hello how is your day, to the cashier....?”
