I have had 2 of my trucks installed with hitches here. Second one had to have wires installed as there were none from factory. The tech whose name i don't recall did an excellent job and kept me informed of progress as it was taking longer than normal. Price was the standard flat rate which was a pleasant surprise
Have also rented a car trailer here rate was good. All of my interactions with staff there have been friendly and professional
I purchased a newer truck and it was pre wired for a trailer but I couldn't get plug to work properly. I stopped by and in no time he identified the problem and showed me what to do to correct it no charge
If you need any hitch installation or service on your truck this is the ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!
I cannot remember any place that had better service.

I had a tow hitch and wiring installed today at this location. The staff was very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable while waiting for my car. The technician that worked on my car was professional, attentive, communicative and pleasant. He explained the process of the installation prior to and after. Very clean facility. I give them a 10 on everything.

Terrible customer service. The owner, Steve, I believe his name was, was rude. Went to return boxes that I had purchased at another UHaul where the employee was having technical issues printing my receipt. I asked for him to write down the transaction information that way it could be looked up later if needed and he somehow got a receipt to print. I brought that receipt to this location and for some reason it had someone else's and reservation number on it but my items. I kindly tried to tell this to the employee and in a rude and condescending tone he repeatedly asked me if I worked in retail. Yeah....14 years ago as a teenager. Like sir, retail is far from rocket science. I'm a whole nurse practitioner and you talk to me like that? What can I say, audacity is free.

Terrible customer service, horrible rude and unprofessional manager in this location, I would not recommend to anyone else rent at this location, I wish there were zero stars to rate this place

Please make sure you save your receipt and documents everything when dealing with the owner. He will try to scam people.

Returned a trailer that we had rented that had LEAKED WATER everywhere, ringing our things. Not only did they not apologize or try to make it right but we're incredibly rude. Terrible customer service.

The bald manager shane is the absolute worst he's so rude yellimg at us yellimg at a customer on the phone.. he's unintelligent or a ripoff artist.. he's trying to cost us 1500 when the website had us paying 700.. Danny fixed it and it cost 700 total...the worst place around

The truck I rented had a bad transmission and after traveling 30 miles..I turned around and delivered it safely to the location rather than hassling them with roadside emergency. They then charged me for those miles plus a new truck. Didn't even have a truck for 24 hours and paid over $300 . The general manager was present during all of this and did Nothing to rectify the situation..and the clerk helping ignored my requests. We were friendly and simply paid as I realized my words were falling on deaf ears. Will NEVER use U-Haul again! Scammers!

Seems like an efficient shop for rentals. Drop off went smoothly although they should give you documentation before you leave. I would use this shop again.

Every time I have come to this Uhaul I have been met with attitude and gotten lectured about renting a Uhaul online beforehand, even when I had reserved a truck beforehand. The bald man in the front has lectured me twice about renting beforehand online without letting me finish my sentence to tell him that I had in fact made a reservation online. A year later I come back and he once again is lecturing me the way you would a child with absolutely no need. I left today without a truck because I do not want to deal with this bad business again. The year before I was given a pickup truck that I was told had recorded damage on it. When I returned the truck in the same condition it was given to me the storage claimed I had done the damage to the truck. Luckily I appealed this but it took months of evidence to disprove it. If your a college student, bring parents if you can otherwise you will be met with disrespect and attitude. They might even try to upsell you.
