“At Staples yesterday I encountered a salesgirl that reminded me of what customer service used to be. She was efficient and knowledgeable but more importantly she was kind. She went to get a shopping cart for the woman in front of me because she had bought a case of water! I haven’t seen that consideration in a very long time.”
“Staples printed my order for 100 programs for my 60th high school reunion on 8.5x11 inch cardstock. I needed 5x7 cards which they corrected and I received my order the next day, in time for my event. The customer service team was great, except for the misread of the paper size - but they fixed it up - and I received a nice discount on the order.”
“The only reaoson way i dont give it 5 stars is bc we had a tecnical issue that didnt allow me to track the boxes, I was going crazy but CINDY very patiently, professional and kind keep me informed off all details during the transportacion of my maritime shipping, everything arrived in perfect conditions and within the time i was told. “This store and it's owner provided me with exceptional customer service and went way above and beyond to help me out! I was having difficulty with another UPS store in SC charging me $$$$$ for the delivery of a package that had been dropped off at their store. In addition to them rarely answering their phone they also refused to explain the price they had quoted me even though I had the dimensions and weight of the package and knew I was being overcharged. After several attempts to resolve the situation myself I went into the Darien store to ask for advice. Marcos, the owner of the Darien UPS store was extremely helpful and offered to help me dealing with the SC store. Ultimately, he called the other UPS store several times for me and got the package delivered safely for half the originally quoted price. Marcos then also helped me load it into my car: it was heavy!!! Exemplary customer service! Thank you, Marcos, I could not have got this delivered without your help!”

“We were at the post office today getting passports done for our 3 kids, and Jose was absolutely amazing. He made what could’ve been a super stressful process actually smooth and even fun. He was patient, helpful, and so good with the kids — cracking jokes and keeping things light while still getting everything done right. You can tell he actually cares and enjoys helping people, which is rare these days. We’ve dealt with grumpy attitudes at other places before, but Jose really stood out in the best way. “I rely heavily on this location for business shipping and I have come to really consider this team an extension of my own. Get to know them if you come in often and you will find an extremely thoughtful staff that is able to catch errors, save you money, and handle shipping at a professional level. Everyone has a kind attitude especially if you have one as well. The parking sucks, there’s no getting around that. But the service is so quick that spaces open up quickly and the gas station next door never seems to have a problem if you park there for 2 min to run something in.”

“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”
