“First I had trouble finding it. Then when I saw the name on a single glass door along with Party City, thought maybe it was a corporate office or something. But no, the big Staples I was used to is down that staircase from this side of the mall, and opens up on the other side of the building with its big recognizable red marquee. If you are coming in from the strip mall side, where the entrances to Old Navy, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, etc. are, it’s a “back entrance” in the corner near Target (wrap around to the right); just a single, poorly marked glass door. That said, once you get in there, you can conveniently return Amazon packages at both their onsite UPS counter, or Amazon drop off (USPS) counter. No line for either when I was there about 3 PM on a weekday. Store seemed spacious and clean, and employees were polite. I can’t speak for the main entrance side, but from the mall side, parking was plentiful. Will go again, now that I know how to find it!”

“Tom and Jan handled a cross-country shipment of a custom handmade coffee table for me from Connecticut to Colorado. The tabletop arrived perfectly, professionally packed and in beautiful shape. We did run into an issue with the carrier on a separate box that was part of the shipment, but Tom and Jan worked with me over an extended period to reach a fair resolution. They stayed in communication throughout, pursued the claim on my behalf, and ultimately stood behind their service. That kind of follow-through is rare, and I appreciated it. Would recommend for anyone shipping fragile or one-of-a-kind pieces.”

“I had an AMAZING experience with Anthony at The UPS Store in Riverside! I first called with several questions, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When I came in person, he continued to answer every single question I had.
He even came outside to measure my item, carried it inside for me, and took care of EVERYTHING. I didn’t have to carry it, pack it, tape it, or worry about a thing—Anthony handled the entire process from start to finish.
He was so smart, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Seriously, WOW! This is what great customer service looks like. Anthony absolutely deserves Employee of the Month!
