“Well it has been quite some time that I have not visited the East brook vet, but my experience would figure out just recently was very pleasant and they took good care of us and attended to figure compassionately that’s awesome”
“Excellent service! The doctors were amazing and spent a long time explaining what was wrong with our dog, and offering options for treatment. . It has been the best care our pets have ever received.”
“Dr Roy and her whole staff always make our visits feel as if we're part of a family...a home away from home, when my furry baby needs a little tune up. The travel time to Tolland is worth it, compared to being charged an arm and leg and then pressured to over-vaccinate, etc, at other vets. Special props to Lisa, my family friend, and Chelsea for being awesome techs! No wonder you got a rock on your finger Chelsea ?”
“I trust Dr. Diaz and her staff 1000000% with my boy Knox’s healthcare. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They are extremely accommodating by getting us in anytime we call!!! He will never go anywhere else.”
“I came here to have my dog spayed (it was free through the rescue I got her from). They were incredibly friendly and professional. I had called a couple times before the appointment to ensure she could still have the procedure even though she had been prescribed some meds from a different vet. The woman on the phone took the time to speak with vet and confirm it was all fine. They treated my girl nicely and she was back on her feet the next day!”
“The staff at Kirby Vet is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me with all the paperwork to get my dog ready to go to Canada. They answered all my questions. I love going there.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the receptionists, techs, and veterinarians at Ellington Center Clinic. I was unfortunately blessed with a chronically ill dog who required frequent visits, and every single person there went above and beyond to accommodate her and make her feel loved and cared for.
They treated her like family, and they loved her just as much as I did. The compassion, kindness, and care they provide to every animal is truly unmatched. I will forever be grateful for the way they cared for my girl and for the love they showed her throughout her life. ❤”
“Everyone is so helpful, kind, compassionate, and supportive. They are always available for my phone calls/questions and are so great with my dog who is very timid. I’m so happy with the care they provide!”
“We have brought 2 litters of puppies for their first shots.Staff very helpful and friendly.Handle the puppies with care.Very professional group of people.I highly recommend the vaccination clinic. We will be back for years to come. Thanks very much.”
“I took my dog in for an emergency. We received excellent service from the moment we arrived; everyone was very kind and available to answer all our questions. My dog was admitted to the hospital. The next morning, they called to update me on his condition and the medical procedures. The doctor spoke with me and explained my dog's condition. When we returned to the hospital, the staff were very kind and empathetic, allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye to our dog. After seeing everything involved in the procedures, I was truly amazed by the cost—the price was very reasonable. Excellent service.”
