JP was outstanding! Not only did he shave hundreds off my bill, we left with a new 17pro and 25 ultra for free ( trade in value ) . I live in Middletown and I go to Cromwell Att instead of the one literally 1/4 mile from my house. 5 🌟 rating . Thanks for all your help!

I came into the store out of desperation after dealing with multiple chat sessions and multiple calls. Haris, the store manager took care of everything and got me up and running! I will go to the store in person from now on! Do yourself a favor and do the same thing! He will take care of you!
