Lost my debit card for a couple days. One of the very good employees was able to contact me to inform me that they'd found it at the store, via my VENMO account. Which is a nice feature.
All the employees are very kind & easy to talk with.
I appreciate that about the store, every time I stop there.

They don't watch their cameras or check their pumps, a card skimmer got me at this location and one of my friends had the same thing happen at the location in Middletown. It was the only purchase with my card that day, had never been there before. CHECK BEFORE PUTTING YOUR CARD IN BECAUSE THEY DON'T!!!!!

Genuinely some of the nicest people work here. I went in to buy oil and the gas attendant helped me figure out my oil pan had cracked and my car was no longer drivable. He clearly explained what my options were and saved me from causing expensive damage to my engine. While I was waiting for the tow truck, he set up a spot for me to sit inside the convenience store and stay warm. Really appreciate his kindness, I am so grateful that I happened to stop at Bishop’s Citgo.

Debit is not cash. Anyone who says debit is cash is delusional. The law is clear gas stations can run and process debit cards as credit cards to make up for the processing fee at the pump. DEBIT IS NOT CASH.

WATCH BEFORE YOU PUMP!! They steal from you or the pump recognizes a different gas type
1. I was charged the credit price for using a debit card aka cash. (Which is actually illegal to do this)
2. Also had to go in and make sure the transaction was cancelled because I hit REGULAR gas and it accepted MID-GRADE! ($.~40/gal. $8 difference!!). Happy I noticed before I pumped or I would have not only put the wrong gas in my car, but would have paid more than what I specifically intended to pay for

I went into Bishop's Citgo today to use the ladies room and to buy some Benedryl because I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate. The young man on duty this mid morning was kind enough to point out the Urgent Care facility nearby. He was very helpful and kindhearted. I am safely home and still feeling somewhat swollen in my throat, but I will be fine. I don't know what the protocol is for acknowledging his concern and assistance, but some sort of bonus should be given to him. Thank you!

Gas station with nice convenience store attached. Good selection of beverages, snacks and sundry things one might need on the road. They also sell lottery tickets. Plenty of pumps to use, rarely a wait to get gas or supplies.

How this gas station supposed to be open at 5am on a Saturday and the spanish lady tells you that it open at 6am, because she got their late it's not the ppls fault, clearly this gas station is loosing money!
