I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. “I am extremely pleased with the work Flanders completed on my vehicle. A special part needed to be ordered from overseas as well as an oil change needed to be done. The work was performed very quickly in less than 48 hours and there were no issues after driving 4000 miles within the 2 weeks afterward. I'm always given an estimate ahead of time and they always wait for my go ahead to do the work. At least twice they told me I could hold off on a repair because the car was still safe to drive. Their shuttle service is free and convenient. I'm always able to get an appointment within a day of calling, and the work is always completed the same day I drop the car off. Rhonda in particular is the best. Long story short, this is a business you can trust, and they do good work.”

Dude on the phone gave an eta of about 20 minutes, and the tow guy got there in 15. Very friendly tow guy, happened to be training another dude who was also very nice. “Even though they towed my friend car they didn't have to let her take it cause it wasn't registered but they did and he even put it back up on the truck and towed it to another parking lot because he couldn't let her drive it out of the yard so we followed him up the Berlin turnpike to a empty parking lot where he dropped it and she drove it from there He didn't have to let it go and she would have lost her car by the time it would have taken too get it registered a two Hundred dollar bill would of been $1,000.00 or more She definitely lucked out of that one thanks tow truck driver for being understanding”

“I was sceptic at first due to very bad reviews, but we decided to call them and ask for help for one of our trucks that could not started at the i-91 northbound rest area. They provided us with an upfront quotes for jump start and/or batteries replacement and they accepted card over the phone payment.
We decided to go with batteries replacement and they showed up within 15 minutes and changed the batteries and got our truck on back on the road.
We ar every happy with the service they have provided us and I had to give them 5 stars as they were amazing from the beginning to the end which is very surprising due to the low star reviews on google.
We will be using them again in the future if we are in the area.”
