I came because my AirPods had stopped charging after not even a year from the purchase date. They sent them out and when they came back 4 different employees PROMISED that they were fixed. They were not. They still would not charge past 1% and did not care to make sure. We brought them back AGAIN and they finally replaced the case and the right bud. Not even a week later now the right one does not work again. I’ve been on hold for almost 15 minutes and can not reach the store. This is the last thing I want to be doing on my birthday. I am deeply disappointed and will never be buying AirPods again as well as discouraging anyone else I know from doing so.

I was able to purchase the iPhone 15 Promax 1tb without having to order it. The staff transferred the information and placed a screen protector with little to no wait. I was also able to trade my old IPhone

I traded in my iPhone 12 Mini to the iPhone 15 Pro last Friday and I did it at this Apple Store and all the employees there where super nice and professional and I was super satisfied with how the process went and I did my research before hand too and overall I recommend upgrading devices here especially with the group that was working last Friday evening

I have been here twice for services and both times have been nightmares. I’ve been to many other Apple Stores in my life many times and the 2 times I’ve been here have been by far the worst, most recently with racially biased behavior (and white customers being prioritized for services, despite arriving later and not having appointments).

I have been here twice for services and both times have been nightmares. I've been to many other Apple Stores in my life, dozen of other times, and the 2 times I've been here have been by far the worst of my life. Ridiculously long wait times despite having an appointment, even for check-ins (where employees exhibit racially biased behavior), and for pick-up times with an ETA.

Today I went to the Apple Store to have them look at my girlfriends MacBook Pro. The USB-C charging port was not working after being repaired a few months prior. When the employee plugged it in, it began to charge, and the employee said that they used a higher wattage charger and everything should be fine now (?????). The employee made me feel almost stupid for coming in.I then asked if they could help me wipe the computer as my girlfriend had agreed to give me this MacBook as I had bought her a new one already due to the fact that the MacBook I had brought in wasn’t charging. I went back and forth with my girlfriend trying to figure out what the password was and the representative tuned out and didn’t really say much when I asked if it could be reset without the password. I had already brought the computer in for service before, so there was no reason to suspect any type of fraudulent activity, and eventually after the employee saw me sit there for a while with a blank stare on my face they said “well you can just trade it in for $605”. Im thinking to myself well I really didn’t come in to trade in this MacBook I planned to keep but I felt pressured and out of hope as the employee wasn’t interested in assisting me.I agreed to the trade-in and a sales associate came and gave me a $605 gift card and that was that I guess. Honestly felt a little dirty after that experience as I had to drive pretty far to get there. If MacBooks weren’t superior (in my opinion) than Windows, I would simply never use an Apple product again.I’m never going to the Apple Store again for anything. I will only do business with Best Buy for buying and repairing Apple devices. Corporate really should look into this store as they seem to have lost their way.Very unsatisfying and unsettling experience at this store.

Had an Appointment today and the Apple support team were chatting about each other’s tattoos and having a blast when definitely I’ve been waiting for 2 hours while they started helping others and by time I walked out it was closing time.So disappointing and had little to no communication with how they could’ve assisted us.

Apple Store is great .. but a very rigid staff. If you reach early before your appointment.. they won’t entertain they make you sit until it is your time. For service , Most of the folks have no ideas why the issue happened? The diagnostic tech is very rudimentary.. for all the questions they have one answer it is due to software glitch ..boss we are taking about Apple iOS and it is not supposed to have glitch ?. That the best answer they could come up with. The best part is Phone issue got resolved in the end by a simple restart which I could not do because of the phone touch completely disabled ..

Costumer service is just not as good as you would expect from a big company such as Apple. I went in today in order to get an AirPods replaced and I was ignored by staff when trying to get a staff member to help me out. They preferred to talk to each other instead of doing their job and helping costumers. When someone did help me find someone to help me out with the replacement, the person I got had a nasty mood. Never made eye contact and didn't even ask me what my problem was, just gave me a price for the replacement ear piece. I asked him about the AppleCare I had registered for and he just shook his head and said that I should had brought the damaged item with me and was not willing to look up the price for the replacement earpiece with insurance applied. Overall a bad experience.

Apple at Danbury Fair offers a sleek tech haven with a wide range of innovative products. The store's modern design and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The hands-on experience allows customers to explore the latest gadgets. While the service is generally commendable, occasional wait times can be a downside. The store's layout ensures easy browsing, but peak hours can lead to congestion. Overall, Apple provides a top-tier shopping destination for tech enthusiasts, but addressing the wait times could enhance the experience even further.

Tie this 5 star review with Aaron, one of the floor supervisors. The experience did not begin as a 5-star but as a 1-star by way of another individual. No one is perfect so I will not disclose the name.I arrived with an issue that was made far worse by an employee; I entered the store with a faulty phone and left with a brick. After a short while, I came back and approached Aaron. His composure and demeanor alone made him approachable. I thoroughly explained the situation and he took the entire matter seriously. I left with a new phone and a smile. I will be looking for Aaron when getting my next iPhone.

The first time I went here to get my phone’s battery replaced, they took four hours trying to get my phone to turn back on and eventually had to give me a new phone. This was April 2019. I came back with that phone to get the battery replaced, giving them another chance. Thank you John for not doing that again. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, except Christine/Christina who handed me my phone and took payment. I asked her several questions about how to save the battery from dying so quickly again and she became hostile when my husband (who knows about different types of batteries per his job) started asking his own questions. She was rude and unhelpful. Other than her, we had a good experience here. It’s the same distance time wise from where we live in the Hudson Valley as it was to Albany’s store, just a nicer drive.

Do you want: great customer service, answers to all your questions, patience from a salesperson who GENUINELY WANTS TO HELP YOU achieve what you came for to begin with, then your in the right place at an APPLE STORE.On top of all my questions being answered, their demonstrating the differences in models, and functions, GREATLY helped in the decision making process. What I perceived as being unattainable pricing, turned out to be quite doable.I didn't walk out with a device that day bcuz it was my Bday, however, I shared my experience n the information with loved ones for gifting. I soooo look forward to going back and attending their tutorial classes. I guess hands down, Apple does reign above the competitors.

I tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt but they just have poor customer service. There is no easy way to shop in the store. You cannot shop without an appointment (even on a non busy Tuesday). Even if you book an appointment they run around 20 minutes behind. I was shuffled from employee to employee over three times when I asked basic questions about an item that they could not answer. I do not understand why they couldn't have employees who specialized in one section of the store who could answer basic questions. There are also so many employees there and many who appear to be supervisors are just on their iPads hanging around the store. When I approached one for help they were quick to tell me someone else could help (which would have been nice if it didn't take 20 minutes). The customer service in general at this store is just bad. There's a lack of general product knowledge, the staff are untrained, there's a lack of communication between staff, and the customer is left to feel like a bother when asking for help.

I went to pick up my Mac Studio because it was $50 less than having it delivered at home, and the staff was very friendly and nice. The only downside was that they didn't have the adapters for USB-C to Thunderbolt.
