The Prelude is from Japan, and has an engine (F22B) that was only sold in Japan. After looking for 2 weeks locally and online, and finding nothing I called Axel. I gave him the info on Saturday afternoon, and I had the timing belt Monday morning. I am a customer for life, Axel will be my first call from now on!”

“I would like to leave and exceptional review for Mike in the Service department.
I recently went in for an oil change and for the past seven years I had a problem that had gone undetected with the oil plug not being tightened thinking that it just was not put on or forgotten by the technician. This has happened four times in the past seven years and even while the car had been under the service contract at Bruce Bennett in Wilton. When this happened again this time around Mike insisted I go back in to have a look and I’m so glad I did because the threading on the oil plug was off making it very loose. In the past the service department gave me “free oil changes “ and even one other time had someone come to the house to look at it again and fix the leakage spill on the ground.. etc.
I cannot thank Mike enough for his insight and customer service because I really didn’t want to give up my Saturday and go back but I’m glad I did because now the problem is finally solved.”
