They squeezed us in at the last minute (done the next day!) and did an amazing job fixing the dented part and replacing the light. The price was definitely beyond fair. “Carlos did an amazing job with my dad’s car. The car had its front end dented in a deer hit. He made it look brand new. Paint match was perfect and there were no panel gaps. He also installed a rear taillight for a very reasonable price. It wasn’t a result of that accident so I had to pay out of pocket. Highly recommend Extreme!”

I have never received such professional and personal service at such a high level. They are by far my favorite shop. “If it was possible to leave more than 5 stars I certainly would. My 2021 plow truck was towed in by modzelewski in early morning, diagnostic testing completed finding that the starter had failed. The mechanics installed new starter and I was back on the road later that same day! Great communication and pricing. I'm sure that the car dealership would take forever to get me back on the road. We have all experienced that headache. My gratitude for the excellent service will not be forgotten. Do yourself a favor and use these guys. Bob Arconti is a customer for life at modzelewski. “I have to say I have purchased an used car at VIP Auto Sales about a month ago. The owner could not be a better person. I had a couple issues that were no fault of the owner and he was so easy to deal with. He fixed all issues and was so nice to take care of every issue. He was nice enough to deliver the car to my home completely fixed. I have been buying used cars for a long time and have never been treated so well. Enio was a man of his word and I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend this business as his price was good and the service was better.”
“Danbury VW is always accommodating and very communicative when it comes to the service department. They send updates and even videos of the tech working on your car and explaining the work they did. I never have a worry when I bring my Tiguan in for a service. The complimentary car wash could be a little better, but it’s a free wash so I can’t really complain.”
“I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas in April of 2018 from Damaris Beard. Damaris was just great to deal with. The sales manager was also very good. When I went to purchase the SEL Premium model that I wanted it wasn't available anywhere. The sales manager told me if you don't see it here don't worry we can order exactly what you want. He said it may take some time but we will get it. That to me was just great because I didn't have any issues with waiting. I went to the VW Dealership in Pleasantville in Westchester NY and the sales rep that I dealt with told me they only had one and that would be sold regardless if I bought it or not because not many were available at that time. I brought my vehicle in for service and was really impressed with the service there as well. I saw Damaris and we spoke for quite some time. She asked me about the vehicle and spoke to my parents about upcoming vehicles to look out for. When I decide to get my next new Volkswagen I'm going back to DVW and looking for Damaris. Definitely a place to do business with.”
“The people are helpful, very busy though, but they actually seem like they care, I believe they tried, but they came up short, due to insurance issues and communication issues and timeframe issues none of which were their fault.. I believe they treat their employees well and hold lunch parties for birthdays and they document everything and try to be honest and fair and fast , they just couldn't address my issues in a timely manner due to things outside of their control.. I recommend them.. there is a kind lady that when you walk in. Helps you, and then next to her a straight shooter that will draw all over your car and document everything and they are very thorough..”

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Safelite, especially the incredible customer service from Chris. He was AMAZING and truly went above and beyond in every possible way.
From the beginning, it was obvious that Chris genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure everything was done right—not just getting the job finished quickly. He and the team took their time, paid close attention to every detail, and even made sure the color and tint of the replacement glass was an exact match to the other windows on my vehicle. That attention to detail really impressed me.
What impressed me even more was how thoroughly they cleaned all of the broken glass out from inside the door. Anyone who has had a window shattered knows how difficult it can be to get every little piece of glass out, and they did an incredible job. Everything was clean, secure, and looked perfect when they were finished.
Then, on top of all of that, Chris noticed a chip in my windshield that I hadn't even brought the vehicle in for. Instead of simply pointing it out, he offered to take care of it AND handle everything with my insurance. That is priceless to me. Having someone proactively notice an issue, offer a solution, and then take the insurance headache off my plate is next-level customer service.
In addition to working with Chris, I also got the opportunity to interact with Jackie, whom was also wonderful and helped make the entire experience so positive and seamless.
This wasn't just good customer service—this was the kind of experience that makes you stop and say, “Wow, they really care.” I left genuinely impressed.
