“I was hit in the front end of my KIA in June. The other driver had State Farm ins and they paid for all repairs. They gave me a choice of repair shops and I chose Putnam and I am glad I did. I have never received such professional and personal service at such a high level. They are by far my favorite shop. Alan, Johan, Juan, Pedro and so many others, I wish I could remember all their names. The communication was exceptional and they finished my car and cleaned it before returning it to me. “As a woman, it is so hard to find people that won’t scam you when it comes to these things. They are always very honest and fair. I had a old car that I wanted them to change the tires and they were honest with me that they could change it, but it wouldnt be worth it since the car was not reliable anymore and told me not to waste my money haha. It was hard to hear since it was my first car but other mechanics kept taking my money and didnt even care to tell me the truth. Since then, I always reccomend them to everyone. Thank you??”

I also had some dents on the driver side door which they also fixed up and made like brand new with a reasonable price.”
