Don’t go there, this is the second time that they can't help me with something so simple, how to print the balance of your account because you have your ID in digital form, there are no clients there and they require an appointment for everything, the staff should be changed.

I always tried to avoid this branch because of poor service, today I have to go to switch funds( I should do online) between accounts, I was told need make an appointment or they can't help me. I'll definitely not going to this branch again

I can never get through on the phone. Then call 800 number only to be told they can't help me. Call branch. Not very good customer service. Maybe hire more employees. People over Profit!

Worked with a very nice teller Mohammed at the Federal Road branch who helped me with savings bond redemption. It was a tedious process for him but he did it all with a smile and professionalism.

Andres. The branch manager asked me to come to the branch to resolve an issue that dates back to 2015. I drive almost an hour each way. Issue not resolved. My time wasted. Furthermore I was denied access to my own safety deposit box, despite the fact that they just charged me and debited my account $285. No one ever answers the phone at this branch and no one returns messages. You’re better off buying a piggy bank. Distrusted.

Three managers sitting around having personal conversation refused to help me open a business account stating that they were too busy. Lack of interest that is not seen in other chase branches

Well… I tried to Open a business, and personal account. 7 mins after they opened. Was told no, because apparently all the “bankers” were booked today….There’s not a soul in sight!Jesus Christ!Would’ve took what, 30 mins to an hour?

Wish I could give 0 stars - Chase is the biggest funder of the fossil fuel industry. This is unacceptable. It's imperative that we divest from fossil fuels immediately. Please consider changing banks if you care about your future.

I have come to hate chase more and more. I have had two of my accounts closed in the past 3 weeks with no calls, emails or anything from chase to tell me why. I also lost money from my account and I cant get ahold of them to get it back. All the people at the bank tell me to call customer service but they suck. Waited on hold for 6 hours and then the call dropped. I am still waiting for my money and its been 3 weeks. never bank with chase.

Great service. The bank employees are always very friendly and supportive. The branch is new and very modern. I highly recommend doing business with this Chase branch. They have always been extremely helpful

We love Chase. Since we've been with chase we have not had any problems with them. We love the fact how they have a military department. We've moved many states and traveled outside the country and chase always worked with us. We were previously with BoA and that company charged a fee for every single thing they can charge you on. Two thumbs up
