“Lovesac is an amazing company. From the very first time we stepped into the store at the Danbury Fair Mall I knew that was the company I wanted to work with. Our sofa arrived on time and in perfect condition. When I had a problem with some of the cushion covers the company replaced all of them. Unbelievable, I was shocked. I can’t say enough great things about them. The most comfortable sofa I have ever owned, and I’ve rearranged it 3 times so all my friends think I had gotten new sofa’s.”
“Our in-store trial experience on different models, provided by our salesperson Trevor, was nothing less than exceptional. Although we haven't received our bed yet (delivery scheduled for next week!), if its anything like our experience in the store, we look forward to our first full night of exceptional sleep to solve all our sleep issues. Goodbye forever to the conventional mattress with traditional coil springs! Our salesperson Trevor never pressured us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision on various models. After we left the store, he made himself available through various means of communication, which was extremely convenient and efficient. We wouldn't have made the purchase without Trevor's knowledge and experience.”

She made some really good suggestions. We are extremely happy with our purchases. The quality of the furniture is excellent. “I promised Kaylyn I would write this, and this review is prior to me receiving the furniture I ordered, because I expect it is not going to be an issue. I stop in this store now and then to see what they have. Someone always says hi from the desk, or gets up to greet you. The store is always very clean and organized. If you tell them you are just looking around they won't bother you until you ask for help. I found a 3 piece sectional and ottoman I really liked. Kaylyn showed it to me, and then told me what they could do on the price and delivery. I went home to talk to my Spouse, and we decided to take one more look at things online. When searching online we found the exact same set and it was a little better priced than what Ideal was offering. I sent over a couple pictures, and very quickly they responded, letting me know what the best they could do was. When it was all said and done, I did pay a little more to buy it from Ideal Furniture, but that is because I liked the idea of dealing with a local store, and Kaylyn was great! She also has spent a lot of time searching for other items I am looking for, so I am sure I will continue to buy from them in the future. Once I get my order I will update this review, but I highly recommend you at least give them a chance to help with what your looking for.”

“Have to give it 5 stars for the fact that its still open. we are at risk of losing these kind of high quality furniture retailers where we can test pieces out in person and order proper white glove delivery. location is farily small but the have enough selection to make a solid purchase decision. Internet furniture just isnt built to this standard”

“The new Target store at the Danbury mall looked very nice and has a Starbucks,CVS Pharmacy, and an Ulta beauty section in it. Also has a big selection of frozen foods and produce, it’s nice to see this store at the mall .”
