The Hilton Garden Inn Danbury is a beautiful and magnificent hotel with a modern decor and spacious, comfortable rooms that appear clean. It is located in a suburban area with not much to do nearby without a car, though a shuttle service is offered. The hotel features a great channel selection, breakfast in the morning, and a bar with a menu available between 5pm and 10pm. The entire staff is friendly and personable, with specific front desk representatives noted as stellar professionals, beyond a pro, and everyone’s best friend, handling anything that comes up. However, some guests reported a not good experience, citing issues like being overcharged, loud all-day construction noise starting early, and a problematic heater going on and off nonstop, making it hard to sleep. The dinner menu also leaves much to be desired. While some find it a little pricey, others feel it saves the hassle of venturing out on a business trip, and for career travelers, this humble spot is quickly becoming a favorite.
THERE IS NO POOL - The staff is kind and informed, if you plan on using the Bar it is only open after 5 so bring your own drinks - I prefer to stay at Hilton and picked this one over another hotel due to it showing a Pool online but there’s no pool on site

Clean, friendly, accommodating. Comfortable bed, great AC, nothing bad to say.

We stayed here three nights, and overall it was great! Elizabeth at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean!
If I had anything to complain about, it would be the very expensive breakfast that would be basically free at other hotels.
