When to get an embroider hat and very had the worst costumer service very poor costumer service the girl at front was very rude and not Poly on her phone all times (air pods ) and not paying attention at all !!!! very disappointed.

The woman that works there with dark straight hair was actually awful. A man came in asking for help and she was so incredibly rude to him, then after he left (in front of another customer and myself) openly starting talking about how he wasn’t worth her time and was cursing about how dumb his questions were (they weren’t). It was incredibly disrespectful. Lids, if you’re looking for a successfully run store with actual players driving your business, then you need to let that woman go.

I came to the store a few minutes before the store closed and the associate was counting her drawer for the night with the lights off, but the door still open. I asked her what time they open the next day and she told me she was unable to answer me because the store was closed. She was extremely rude. I asked for her name and she wouldn't answer. I asked her if she was a manager and she said she was one of them. I will not be going back to this store. Very bad customer service. Very surprising to see a manager behave this way. Also surprising that she kept the door open while closing & counting the money - not a very safe thing to do.

Angie is an absolute legend. Custom embroidery work is PERFECT and she even helped me with the artwork. I will be coming back to work with her all the time. She is an Embroidery Master... I'm so happy I could cry

My experience with this place leaves me very disconcerted. Their clothes are good but their customer service is very bad. The same thing I say about the store that is in Sonó College, please improve customer service.

I place a order to be delivered in one day. They asked me to come back in the other day. I went back and wasn't ready. They used another 3 hours to finish the order.The attend was so meaning, plus the final job was terrible. The lines in the hat was a mess. I just didn't return the order and get my money back because the hats was for fun surprise party. Hope no to step there again.

I paid $25 in cash for a $20.18 purchase. The cashier owed me $4.82 but told me, “I only have $4.27 in change, is that ok?”. Why is the cashier asking me to pay more than I owe?? Instead of offering to only charge $20 because the Lids cashier did not have enough change, he told me I could wait for him while he left and went to another store to get change for a $1. He then asked the rest of the customers if they had $.82 to give to me. Poor customer service.

Always get my new hats for the new season from lids. I go here cause I like the many different styles to pick from and u can have them ingraved.
