“If you have a foreign imported car and you are taking it anywhere but this shop you are making a huge Mistake. If you have an older model foreign or domestic car you are making the biggest mistake possibl. I was taking my 2004 Audi into three different shops across Connecticut and New York To figure out an issue with the EVAP code. This shop was the only place that could find a solution to the issue This is just the beginning of the reason I am giving this place a five star review. The check engine light was cleared and I drove the car around to set the readiness in order for it to pass emissions. According to all of the AUDI forums and YouTube videos It was a matter of putting miles on the Computer and driving it a certain way. None of these techniques were working. Long story short the technicians at auto tech (I call them technicians because describing these people people as mechanics would be disrespectful) Got on the phone with AUDI and came to the conclusion that one of the computers needed to be addressed. As soon as the readiness was set Gene rushed the car to the emission shop where it passed. The customer service they provide matches the expertise that they demonstrate if I can give them 25 stars I would”

They have the best pricing on the services and tires, alignment, and much more and amazing customer service and they’re always willing to work with you whether when to drop off your car or work on your car they have never tried to upsell me on stuff that I didn’t need and the mechanics/workers are very knowledgeable with multiple different car makes and models”

“Went to my car on Memorial Day & realized that a tire was flat. Called a local Monro dealer & was happy to learn they were open for business. Turned out the puncture was too close to an existing plug so I bought a tire. Manager was very able and friendly. The only issue was that upon monitoring the tire pressure I realized that a technician had over-inflated the new tire by 10 lbs. Called and asked if that had been by design or accident. Manager apologized and said it was a mistake. No harm, no foul. I dropped it down to 37 myself. A more than acceptable buying experience.”
