“I usually come here usually maybe every other day depending what I need, and I’m greeted by the owner Scott. Very nice and very helpful whenever I have questions on a certain product. Highly recommend stopping by!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cloudhouse is hands down one of the best vape shops in Connecticut. Every time I walk in, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. A special shoutout to Mohammed. He consistently goes above and beyond with his customer service. He’s patient, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and always takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Whether you’re new to vaping or have been doing it for years, Mohammed makes the entire experience easy and enjoyable. What really stands out is how respectful and kind he is to everyone who walks through the door. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants customers to leave happy. Employees like Mohammed are the reason people become repeat customers. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection, but the outstanding customer service is what keeps me coming back. If Cloudhouse is smart, they’ll do everything they can to keep Mohammed around and reward him for the excellent work he does. Highly recommended. 5 stars all day.”

“I recently quit smoking and started vaping. Trying to get any help or instruction in vape shops was impossible. Until this shop and Dale is wonderful! I think that was his name. Explained everything and took his time. Helped pick out the right kind of product. The selection beats every place I've been. I can't say enough good things about this shop! So impressed with the service, selection, prices, knowledge and wonderful staff! I am in NYC but I will make the trip for this store and the great staff person who helped me today - and this is now the only place I will buy vape supplies from going forward. I've been asking for help and seeking selection for weeks and finally found old fashioned customer service and a great shop!”

“This is hands down the best place to buy cigars in this area. If you love cigars, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store here. They have everything from budget sticks to some of the most expensive and hard to find classics. The owner is a true cigar guy and is very friendly, and his worker is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I went in looking for a cigar that I've had trouble finding in other shops closer to me and even online, and they had it in stock and helped me find it immediately. They must have everything under the sun in there. Definitely my go-to cigar shop now, and today was only my second time in there. I can't believe I smoked cigars for several years before ever going into this store.”

“Wow! Such a pleasant surprise awaited me when I walked into Stogeys Tobacco Shop this afternoon. What a selection. Of everything. The shop was clean, fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need, safe, and the gentleman working here has extensive knowledge of the products. I needed a new Boulder Rock vape pen, and they have it. The price was right, (it's a cheap vape pen), yet I wasn't talked into buying something more expensive, which a couple of places have tried to do. They have all the Boulder juice liquid stuff, which is also a great price. I appreciate the fact that I wasn't asked if I wanted a Juul, or something more expensive. I use to get my Boulder stuff online because I didn't think anyone had it, and I've been pressured to upgrade in the past. I only wish that I had found this gem of a store sooner. Buying locally is always the best option.I also got incense, (so many great choices!), and some smoke odor exterminator/air freshener. Again, great prices. This place is fantastic. Really. No price gouging, knowledgeable owner, vast, and varied selection, excellent prices, safe, clean, no pressure, and, it's local. It's safe to say that I will definitely be going back!”
