Cloudhouse is hands down one of the best vape shops in Connecticut. Every time I walk in, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need.
A special shoutout to Mohammed. He consistently goes above and beyond with his customer service. He’s patient, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and always takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Whether you’re new to vaping or have been doing it for years, Mohammed makes the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
What really stands out is how respectful and kind he is to everyone who walks through the door. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants customers to leave happy. Employees like Mohammed are the reason people become repeat customers.
The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection, but the outstanding customer service is what keeps me coming back. If Cloudhouse is smart, they’ll do everything they can to keep Mohammed around and reward him for the excellent work he does.

Explained everything and took his time. Helped pick out the right kind of product. The selection beats every place I've been. I can't say enough good things about this shop! I am in NYC but I will make the trip for this store and the great staff person who helped me today - and this is now the only place I will buy vape supplies from going forward.
