Google Maps helped me locate Val's only a mile away and they even had their own towing service! Everyone, including the tow truck driver, was very helpful. “Absolutely take your car here if you have transmission problems, or even suspected transmission issues. The Hyundai dealership noted that I needed to get my transmission serviced a few months back (car is around 78K, and I had already serviced it once before around 55K). I was skeptical, so I wanted a second opinion. I called Jerry's and they explained the policy- bring it in early morning, give them time to look at it and we'll go from there. They called around lunch with good news- nothing wrong with the car! I was curious why I would be told that and the simple answer was, " they wanted to make some $$$ off of you, but your car is fine." I will only go here for transmission issues from now on. I just wish they did more than just transmissions. Rare to find honest, affordable mechanics these days.”
