Most of the time the store is well run and helpful. However, one of the employees is quite rude and always seems miserable. It’s been a few times recently that I’ve been in with negative interactions that motivated me to leave a comment.

Service if fine but they usually open late which is incredibly annoying. If your posted open time is 8am, the doors should be unlocked, lights on, ready to go. I sat in the parking lot until 8:20 this morning, still not open- watched at least three other customers arrive and leave frustrated. Update- same scoop today, people waiting outside at 8:30am and place wasn’t open- please change your hours if unable to commit to 8am opening, beyond frustrating.

The UPS clerk was extremely helpful and patient while we dropped off our packages. And the UPS driver was in the same store hustling to get packages out. Both of them were extremely competent and friendly.

Horrible experience with one of the employees there, he was rude and downright mean. Told me that I had “no business even being there” while trying to ship a package that had insurance on it. I was very polite, just looking for help shipping, that’s all. It is not the customers responsibility to know your internal policies and procedures. I will never go there again as long as that person still works there.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years and always appreciated the polite and professional service from the previous staff. Unfortunately, that’s changed with the new employee who is consistently rude and dismissive. He never smiles, doesn’t acknowledge greetings like “hello” or “have a good day,” and seems irritated by basic customer interactions.
Today was especially frustrating. I was returning an item and asked him to secure the box with just a small piece of tape—because the glue wasn't sticking. Instead of helping, he gave me a condescending lecture as if I hadn’t prepared my package properly or didn’t read the instructions. When I explained that I did read them and followed the steps, he rudely interrupted and raised his voice, saying “No, you don’t.” Totally unnecessary and unprofessional.
I really miss the friendly, respectful gentlemen who used to work here. They made every visit smooth and pleasant. The experience now feels hostile and uncomfortable.

No issues with their actual shipping services but one of the employees, I believe he’s the manager, Chris, is beyond rude and condescending. Interrupts other employees while they’re helping customers interjecting. My 3 year old BARELY TOUCHED the wire on the desk while my package was getting weighed (he was literally eating a snack standing there doing/saying nothing) he says “hands off the wires”. Then on the way out my 3 year old accidentally knocked a piece of paper off the counter that was taped, I picked it up and put it back on. No big deal. But of course this man has to walk over and try to adjust the sign as if it was some catastrophic event that a piece of paper fell on the floor making a mother feel like an idiot and an inconvenience because a toddler touches something. My child didn’t run, grab or do anything. It’s absolutely bizarre and I’ve been coming to this UPS store for YEARS but no more. I’ve watched him speak poorly to people on the phone and have rude interactions with customers and I’ve seen the customers make faces before at the way he talks to people. My advice is to not be SO rude!

You have a new employee Mike on his first days of work, and he put so much care and effort into making sure the orders can done correctly. Great hire and great fit for the UPS store. I’ll be back just for him.

There was one person working who was consistently rude and confrontational to customers, myself included. I left and went to the UPS store on Newtown Road. What a difference!!

Pulled on 2 minutes before closing to drop off a prepaid package - no need to pay or print anything. Employee made direct eye contact with me walking up to the door, proceeded to shut the lights off, and lock the door on me. Disgusting and lazy. All you had to do was take 30 seconds to scan my package.
