In a time where the expectation of good customer service doesn't exist, I was pleasantly surprised by this Verizon store. In particular, Rich went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The issue took some time to resolve, but Rich kept me informed along the way. He even checked in after everything was taken care of to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. Thanks Rich, you really provided exceptional service and I really appreciated it.

I am currently walking out of the Verizon store in the Danbury Mall. It has been by far the easiest phone transfer I have ever experienced. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by John, who without hesitation happily helped me with my issues. I needed help transferring my old phone number to my new Verizon phone. I was not a commission customer, He spent about 45 minutes happily assisting me with no chance of sale. The entire staff here was actually fantastic. Bryan, you were helpful as well!! John…. Thank you for your kindness and patience. I have owned my own business for 25 years…. I would hire any one of these employees. Verizon is lucky to have you!!!

These guys are absolutely con artists they give you a free promotion which changes the nature of your initial offer so you're stuck in a three-year contract which they will not disclose to you and it is written in very very small print in a very large contract this is deceptive. I dealt with Bryan... who was condescending obnoxious and self-righteous while he was telling me that the free phone they gave me now is going to cost me $600 and they wouldn't take it back for any kind of credit. I visited Verizon looking to purchase a new phone, and let me just say that John did and outstanding job at helping me find the perfect phone and plan for me. He wasn’t just helpful but very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely would recommend him if you’re looking for the best experience when purchasing a new phone/line at this location!

The store manager of Verizon Wireless Danbury Mall was beyond amazing. He spent three hours with me trying to figure out what the internet store did to my purchase and account. He worked tirelessly and got everything done right. He had a wonderful personality and I highly recommend this store for all your wireless needs. It’s a corporate store so there’s never a worry.

There was an outage affecting my service which left me completely disoriented. Not being from the area I was able to get directions (yes, the old fashioned kind where you ask someone and they tell you street by street) Once I got to Verizon I was warmly greeted. We discussed the situation for a bit. Then she printed me the directions for my next stop about 75 miles away. :)

Went in to see about replacing a SIM card. There were 2 associates at 2 different desks, both helping a customer. We waited for a bit then noticed the associate at the back desk was free, we went over to him and he tells us we need to check in, I ask where, he says with the gentleman over there, and I said it would be nice if there was a sign to tell you where or with whom to check in with. And he replies, "sorry" He was so helpful.
How exactly do you check in with somebody who is already helping another customer????? There is no sign saying to check in, there is no place to check in, no tablet, no pen and paper, no person. I thought about scheduling an appointment for another day, but then realized I will have to check in when I get there and still I am left wondering Where do I check in when I arrive for my appointment? I left without doing what needed to be done. I'll try again another day I suppose.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I was a Verizon customer for over 8 years before a made the switch to a wireless competitor last year, a better company that is client focused and superb overall service that Verizon lacks in many areas.
When it was time to upgrade my Iphone, I requested it online but without tampering and/or opening the box, I took the UPS package to the Danbury store to make an exchange for the larger 14 Pro Max. After speaking to an associate regarding my request, she looked at the box and stated they could not return as it had been opened. I requested to speak to the manager and he also insinuated it had been tampered with so they could not accept the return or exchange it.
Accusing a long time customer with erroneous allegations brings repercussions so within days, I cancelled my Verizon account with three lines and it was the best decision given its aftermath so thanks to Verizon and their lousy store service that catapulted me to a lower monthly price and three new phones and better signal from a competitor. Oh, I almost forgot , I got a $600 gift card from my new carrier as I told them my Verizon experience.

We have been with Verizon for over 25 years. Never have we ever met a Sales Rep as awful and horrendous as RJ. Maybe they’re racist, seeing as my family and I are POC but the literal second we walked in we were told that they would not be helping us today and were given a phone number to refer to. When I told the manager about RJ’s obnoxious behavior, RJ started raising their voice at us again and interrupting me and my family as we told the manager about our experience. Don’t bother going here, or dealing with Verizon!

DO NOT GO HERE! The manager Tom Howell is horribly rude and antagonistic. I literally went in with a question was greeted by a nice young man Louis who was going to try to answer my question when this Tom (the manager) got all in our business and made a calm customer into a raging lunatic. What a way to show your employees Tom! Go to your local Verizon store they are much nicer and helpful.
