OMG I cannot stand my Xfinity! We have no service on a Saturday - trying to unwind day off! No customer service help at all, the “assistant” is an extremely rude AI voice who does NOTHING to help you and makes it seem like it’s somehow your fault! I can NOT stand it anymore! We have had ZERO help from customer service … so … we have been spending a couple hours here trying to figure out how to get the service to work, resetting boxes, resetting remotes, turning off and back on, checking service signals, speeds, in order to literally watch anything at all on TV (because we worked really hard everyday this week and we are tired and we just want to watch entertainment that we pay $325 a month for!) Not sure if comcast Xfinity even has any actual customer service or tech support because they have done NOTHING! What the hell is my $325 dollars a month paying for????
I am really sick and tired of this!!!! We (the customer) are literally paying to be mocked and provided ZERO service! What is the point of this???? Oh yes- robbery - yes it is actual robbery!!!! Comcast Xfinity is committing ROBBERY because they do not reimburse you for service interruptions and they take your money every month!!!!
OMG AGAIN! Is the Comcast customer service center just tuning into people’s homes watching and listening to the frustration and just cracking up over the hilarity of it? Is there a reason why they do NOTHING helpful? Do they find that providing ZERO customer service is really fun and enjoyable?
How many service outages do we have to endure and still call it “getting service”?
How is it possible that only one TV box can work at a time?
Why is my wifi out several times a day every day?
Previous review: My Xfinity Comcast internet billing statement (gateway router w wifi and cable box) went way up again! Even though I have been a very loyal customer for many years, I am embarrassed to say it’s 325/mo (3,900/year) and we have plenty of outages - during midday work hours as well! This is not affordable so I’m looking for something else!

Terrible service, apparently they are racist; I arrived first than other people (Americans), perhaps because I'm Hispanic, they left me last and in the end they never served me.
They have terrible customer service.

We purchased Comcast Internet for our home in Ridgefield Connecticut. The service goes out several times a day. We’re unable to get anybody on the telephone. Somebody came out to do a service call and replaced some wires, but it did not help. They will not let you speak to anybody unless they use Xfinity assistant, which is almost impossible to use. I am Technologically adept, But this service is lousy.

I give it one star, bc there is no minus zero, this is the most unprofessional group of workers I have ever seen in my life absolutely no knowledge of anything, my recommendation is run as fast as you can from this store and service. Me telling you its a horror show is an understatement. No respect for a person time.

I really hope Xfinity reaches out and does the right thing. This is not for the store. This is for Xfinity, the company. They are scammers. I was trading in my iPhone 13 Pro for a $825 credit on a new iPhone 15 and giving them new business for cell phone service now as well as internet. They sent me a broken iPhone 15. I immediately notified them the day I received the phone. They assured me everything would be fine. Nobody ever said that I still had to send in my trade in within a 20 day period. My question is why would they think I’m going to send them the only working phone I have when all I have from them is a broken phone. They took more than 30 days to get my new phone to me. I even went into this store and they accepted my broken phone but told me to ship back the trade in. I did that the same day. They held up the process by taking more then 30 days to get me my working phone. I was trying to contact through chat for a week to find out where my trade in credit was. They just disappear from the chats with no help. I told them I don’t want this phone if I can’t get my trade in credit. That’s the only reason I did this. They refused to help me and said that’s the policy. The guy on the phone agreed with me when I said “so you are fkng me over then?” They told me I took more then 20 days to send in my trade in. That’s only because they sent me a broken phone and took more then 30 days to get me a working phone. They need to take into consideration that this wasn’t a smooth transaction on their end. They didn’t take any accountability for breaking their own policy by taking more then the 20 days to get me a phone. I told them I wanted the trade in credit or they could take the phone back. They said they couldn’t do either. This is completely unacceptable and a scam! All I want is what I agreed too. This is really bad business. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I would hear back from one. Surprise! That never happened! Xfinity made mistakes the whole way through this transaction and they are trying to stiff me by forcing me to keep the phone. I would have NOT purchased a new phone at all if not for the trade in credit! They scammed me good!!!

It amazes me how difficult it is to get anyone on the phone. I've had 2 technicians come out and not fix my issue. Their supervisor was supposed to call me - nothing. I live on a main road - I am getting constant drops in service. They were suppose to monitor my modem and have exterior work done on the lines - radio silence from anyone. Now I have to schedule a 3rd technician just to get someone to even talk to me - see how ridiculous this sounds? If I handled customer service like this at my job I'd be fired. I'm not clicking some link to talk to someone who can't help me.

So disappointing. We switched four lines over at the beginning of the year and we’re promised $100 gift card for each line that we switched over. It is now almost June and they have not mailed our gift cards and every time I call the company I’ve been lied to or hung up on, I highly recommend you do not switch to this company, the customer service is terrible all around and the person at the desk at the Danbury store lied to our face and told us that we would be getting $100 gift cards from Visa for this switch

Sorry but no other way to describe it. Xfinity sucks! Way over priced. Not sure why they are more expensive than a car payment. Oh the motto is give them more and they will pay us more. WOW!
