I don’t enjoy taking my car in for service but this appointment was an Efficient and Effective Experience. My passenger side mirror was damaged so it had to be ordered. Dan, the service advisor made sure it arrived prior to appointment . I was even able to get a shuttle ride to Greenwich. Overall, a very good experience at BMW Darien.. thank you!

I had an amazing experience. Silvija was fantastic. She gave me a great deal and made the whole process painless. From transferring my insurance policy from my old car to my new one, providing me with links to return my old license plates, and the list goes on. I also worked with Anderson, who is such a lovely person, to go over all the paperwork and details making everything clear while also making the process quick. Both people were beyond lovely to work with and I cannot recommend working with them enough!

Don't waste your time going to this service center. Oil changes they will add on a service diagnose, aka find other reasons to bill you more. Don't bother reaching out to the online portal for service questions it get lost in the clouds with zero response. They wont even consider quoting a service until you agree of he "Diagnose charge" which differs in cost depending how much the advisor want to take advantage of you.... what a joke.Do yourself a favor and take a scenic lovely drive to BMW Ridgefield where they treat customer with respect and feel your working with trust worthy individuals.

Like most dealerships, their actions do not follow their words... I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, had to keep it in storage due to tax bill issues, was given the impression keeping it in storage even for an extended period of time would not be a problem, was then harassed over storage of it and negative reviews posted about my overall experience, Anthony Martinez from dealership called requesting I remove a review. I was then charged $1,800 in storage fees only to discover a USB charger stolen out of car, was not in secure storage as they claim and this is not the first time this happened, another review details ear buds stolen out of a vehicle. When I brought the theft to the attention of the president of the company, Paula Callari, I was brushed off, told to enjoy my car, in which case, I'd enjoy my car if I bought it from another dealership.

Had a great sales experience working BMW of Darien. I live about three hours away and was unable to see the vehicle in person. Silvia, the client advisor I worked with took photos/video, pulled service records, and answered any questions I had. When I arrived, the staff was courteous and professional. The transaction was also seamless and one of the quickest I've ever experienced.

Jamie in the Service Department took great care of us, diagnosing and fixing an issue with our brake system while we were on a roadtrip. They cared for us like a regular - I definitely recommend.

From first phone call to drop off and pick up, my service experience is as seamless. Polite, helpful, friendly, efficient. What more could you ask for. And also, I called and was able to get an appointment for regular service the next morning. It is August, so much easier to do this! Thank you Dan and Darien BMW!

Had a good experience with Vincent at BMW. Everything was presented in advance and they coordinated with my schedule for drop-off and pick-up. They send a link to show a video walk-through under your car with running commentary by the techs which made me feel like I could feel confident they really checked my car, not just a piece of paper. Will go back for future services.

Excellent service and beyond incredible communication throughout servicing process.I was even sent a video of my car showing me all areas worked on areas that needed service. Jaime was so thorough and great ti work with — highly recommend BMW of Darien.

Fixed my check engine light. Service department did a good job in that area. The reason for 3 stars is that I specifically told Vincent to not wash my car and unfortunately the lot porters put it through the paint swirler aka machine wash which was frustrating due to their careless lot porters.

I dropped my car off for its first service today and Jaime was a great service advisor! You can clearly see his professionalism and passion for the BMW brand. He was super helpful in helping me understand what was being done to my vehicle and ensuring I was taking the right steps for the future health of my vehicle. I had an accident leaving my keys on the roof of my car and the service / parts department was able to turn around and deliver a new fob in less than 24 hours! Pretty impressive care from the entire team and I value the importance they put on communicating with their customers. Highly recommend visiting the service team at BMW Darien.

Checked my car in for a scheduled service. Love the people here as always friendly and polite. The video review of my car was a nice touch and I appreciated the call from thr service department advising me of what work will be needed soon. Car had also been cleaned when I collected which is always appreciated. Thanks Keith.

I have been a customer of the BMW of Darien Dealership for many Years. I have both Leased + Purchased Cars exclusively through Sebastian Mortenson in the Sales Department. Sebastian has been terrific to work with over the years. In my latest Purchase, he made sure that everything went smoothly.His Customer Service is second to none!Anthony Martinez in the Finance Department is another major asset to the Dealership.
