“When someone hit the passenger side of my Subaru in a parking lot, leaving no note, the door would no longer open. Subaru service suggested Marty's Autobody, telling me they would give me a free estimate. Roger, from Marty's, saw the damage, got his tools, carefully did his magic straightening things out, and then got paint so all the scratches were covered, while it was clearly a busy morning at Marty's. Roger wouldn't take a dime for his service, when I know other body shops would have made this an insurance event. The whole team at Marty's was honest, kind and helpful, as the lot was full (likely due to their excellent service and knowledge) and the guys even turned my car around for me, making it easy for me. “I can’t say enough good things about Sono Collision! After my Infiniti SUV got banged up in an accident, I was worried about getting it back to its old self. “Dinged and dented my bmw 440i pretty good on a stone wall on someone's steep iced over driveway...I called the shop and he told me he would take a look and give me a quote on the damage.
Took 2 minutes and he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. Told me to drop it off during the week on a tuesday which I did. The car came back looking like nothing ever happened and he matched the paint very well I cant even tell. If anything comes up in the future, I will definitely go to him for body work, thanks Nick.”

I'm not going to lie and say that Valiante is cheap. Honestly, I'd be suspicious if they were extremely cheap, especially with the repairs my car required. But the appraisal process was very transparent, they answered all of my questions in detail, and their price was the best of the 4+ shops I visited to get my car fixed.
The non-subjective parts are the good and fast. I dropped my off in pretty rough shape on a Wednesday, I was able to pick my car up 8 business days later looking like new. Cant do much better than that, considering the amount of work required. I've heard tons of horror stories from other shops, where parts don't arrive for months, etc. The date they told me the car would be ready was the date I picked up the car.
They're good, honorable guys. I highly recommend them.”

“OMG. I took my mini today to have it looked at.. someone managed to scrape it whilst it was parked. I had already been given a quote of $1800 which I thought was high as the damage wasn’t awful. Anyway… they took one look at it.. told me he didn’t think it needed anything major. Asked if he could try himself to get the colour back. It’s absolutely perfect. He kindly refused any payment from me. The nicest genuine guy ever. I will be recommending to all my friends. Teaches me that genuinely nice people still exist in the world!!”
