Roger, from Marty's, saw the damage, got his tools, carefully did his magic straightening things out, and then got paint so all the scratches were covered, while it was clearly a busy morning at Marty's. Roger wouldn't take a dime for his service, when I know other body shops would have made this an insurance event. The whole team at Marty's was honest, kind and helpful, as the lot was full (likely due to their excellent service and knowledge) and the guys even turned my car around for me, making it easy for me. “I can’t say enough good things about Sono Collision! After my Infiniti SUV got banged up in an accident, I was worried about getting it back to its old self. But these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. When I picked up my car, it looked brand spanking new—like it had never been in a wreck. I was honestly blown away by how perfect it turned out.

“With just about every service, you can pick two between Good, Fast, and Cheap.
I'm not going to lie and say that Valiante is cheap. Honestly, I'd be suspicious if they were extremely cheap, especially with the repairs my car required. But the appraisal process was very transparent, they answered all of my questions in detail, and their price was the best of the 4+ shops I visited to get my car fixed.
The non-subjective parts are the good and fast. I dropped my off in pretty rough shape on a Wednesday, I was able to pick my car up 8 business days later looking like new. Cant do much better than that, considering the amount of work required. I've heard tons of horror stories from other shops, where parts don't arrive for months, etc. The date they told me the car would be ready was the date I picked up the car.
They're good, honorable guys. I highly recommend them.”

“I live in Stamford and got into a potentially fatal car crash on I-95 between Exit 17 and 16 Southbound where someone hit my 1 yr old Camry which was in perfect condition with almost no mileage. The tow truck that came was from Magg's in Norwalk. The next day I read a review where a women said this is the best place your car could ever be taken to and it could not be more true. From the moment I first spoke with Chris, the Manager, about my totaled vehicle, I was treated with kindness, care and compassion. He also educated me in so many areas of insurance (which he is very knowledgeable of) and gave me pointers on how to handle certain things. He knew the appraiser from my insurance company, and when I spoke to that appraiser after he saw my car, the things Chris had said to him based on what I had told him allowed the appraiser to give my car the highest rating. Chris was easy to work with, patient and thorough. His staff, especially Ricky, helped me so much on the day I came to get the ton of belongings out of my car. He backed up my rental car as close as they could get to my car because I was nervous about hitting something. One of my license plates was bent and he fixed it for me so that it looked almost like new. He was right there when I had questions and always had a warm smile on his face. I offered him some money for his help and he wouldn't take it - that's class. I told Chris how great they all were before I left. It was a top rate experience.”
