This review is for window tinting service. I had them do the two front windows of my brand new X5. 2 stars for doing an acceptable job of the tinting. For the rest.... they left my car in an appallingly filthy condition when they were done. The windows including the windshield were dirty and streaked from a half baked cleaning job. Worst of all the door panels were covered in streaks from the solution used to apply the tint. The excuse given was that my car was already dirty and they didn't want to wipe away the solution to avoid scratching the paint. What kind of detailing shop doesn't know how to quickly and safely wash a couple of door panels? Nearly $300 for two windows and they can't even do that much. My emailed complaint to Dirk went unanswered after more than a week. I certainly wouldn't want to deal with trying to get them to resolve an issue on a bigger more complex job. Avoid.

Dirk and his crew are great: very professional and competent, with excellent customer service, including post-install. They are clearly experienced as they work on all kinds of high-end cars. I had PPF and tinting done and they did an excellent job. They do a custom install and wrap the PPF around the edges of the panels, which for me was a crucial thing. There was a small issue on one of the mirrors, where the film had curled up a bit and Dirk took care of that right away, removing and reinstalling the whole film on the mirror. I had started with a full-front PPF install, but was so happy that I came back for them to do the rest of the car. If you are considering them, I suggest you schedule an appointment with Dirk and go check the place out: their shop is super clean and organized and Dirk is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

They did ok. I had to come back 2 times to get stuff fixed and now I am seeing even more issues on my car. They didn't clean it properly the first time I was there. It's like they had someone new do the work and everywhere I got ppf it's like my paint is melting off. For 2800 it has caused me more problems then help.

If you couldn't tell by the other reviews, this is a special place. I got the enthusiast detail on my Focus. These guys are so detail oriented and so passionate about what they do and it shows. My car looks better than brand new, with a deep shine that I know will last. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was given a tour of the shop. It's a pretty impressive place that really reflects their obsession for detail and perfection. It's filled with light so the detail techs can get the job done right. I've gone to other detail shops that detail for less but do a lousy job. Trust me, it's worth paying a little extra to have these guys do it right. Anyways, if you're looking for a place that sets themselves apart in the premium detailing market, look no further. Thanks to Dirk, Nick and their team for a great experience.

Dirk, the owner is very detail oriented and clearly wants to do the right job. We had a bit of a misunderstanding but he educated me why he did a wrap a certain way; and then icing on the cake, he mailed me a care package of cleaning products!

I have had Dirk detail both of my cars. He does a great job and has good attention to detail. Highly recommend.
