“I've been going to Westport hardware for more than 50 years since I was a little kid and it's always been an incredible resourceIf you're looking to do multiple projects around your house without wanting to drive to one of the big box like Home Depot or Lowe's you can find what you need at a reasonable price help even if it was 50% more or even double I would still go there just to save the hassle but the prices are reasonable and actually less than what you'd expectThe customer service is excellent and everybody cares about what they're doingThis is the way businesses in United States used to be run but sorry to say there's a small percentage that still have this level of ExcellenceI plan on using Westport Hardware as a resource for a long long timeAnd... if you call and are put on hold, just bear with it. She is an incredible kitchen designer and made the whole process so enjoyable. Her eye for design, whether it was cabinetry, tile, or lighting, was simply amazing. Our kitchen is now better than we ever dreamed, and that's largely thanks to Deborah. She was truly a pleasure to collaborate with!”

“My 9 year old son and I stopped here on our way to Stamford. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with a friendly staff member. A big smile on his face and a hello. Offering help if we needed it. The store is spotless and well organized with a little something for everyone as well, as a nice selection of hardware products. Nothing in the store was out of place. It was like a breath of fresh air . Staff members came by and kindly asked if they could help us locate anything and when my son asked them a question they went out of their way to answer him even engaging in some friend conversation. We did end up purchasing some items . Cashier was very nice, quick and efficient and asked if we wanted to give our number for the rewards program. We did sign up . That was also a quick and easy process . We will definitely be back . We do visit some stores near by, so will make a trip again soon back to this location. Thank you. Great job great management great staff.”

“I've been shopping at this Home Depot since they've originally opened. I've never had any problems with this store. The only issues that I've ever faced with customers who are very rude and inconsiderate to other shoppers and the staff. I love coming here over the Port Chester or the Norwalk stores because this one has more options available. Yes, the staff can be a little slow. However, they are always doing the best and are super friendly!!! Anytime I need help I can always find an available worker to help me out. I see that the other reviews on here criticize workers , however I don't believe that these are true and some of the "rude customers." Their garden section has amazing options, and they have everything from simple flowers two large landscaping items. This is a great place to find everything that you need .”

“Lowe's tends to have more in stock than the Home Depot nearby. At least the household things we need. They're very helpful in the store, but we usually do store pickup. Occasionally, we do curbside pickup for heavy items like 10 - 40lb bags of salt for our water softener. Our order is quickly ready for pickup and someone brings it over and loads it into the car within minutes. I would have a hard time doing this on my own, so it's amazing that they provide curbside for heavy and bulky items. At some point I won't even check Home Depot, because they rarely have what I need. In my experience, Lowe's tends to have more options, but they also tend to be a bit pricier.”
“Hilti store is gold for a person trying to get work done, I personally think all desk workers should get a raise but at the end of the day, it's a great store with more then what you would possibly need in construction tools”
“I love this Home Depot, I've never had any issues here (unlike Stamford's location). I will say, the layout in Stamford is better and easier to navigate. However, we were able to find what we needed and were even assisted with help (because climbing on shelves is frowned upon). This location is clean and well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful.”

“As a female walking in to this store with no idea of the paint industry the staff was very supportive and helpful in assisting me with picking out a bathroom paint. They gave me a few swatches to look at and some recommendation. I did not feel pressured in picking a color the same day. I returned the next day with my choice and they were just as helpful as the day prior. The quality of the pain is great!”
“Rings end has it all at the store if they font have somting they will find it . I shop there for a long time ish they never disappointed me .Store has friendly and helpful personal and don't forget they will deliver on orders 500 usd and up . You can buy evrything online and get it delivered to your location for free . Excellent. IF you think they are expensive its not thru i found that there prices and quality of materials actually sometimes more affordable and much better then in other places like Home Depot or Lowes.”
“This place is HUGE! They have everything you will possibly need for home improvement, gardening, etc. I also brought my dog here once when he was a puppy, and everyone treated him with respect. The staff are very helpful, and they offer lots of services, such as cutting wood to specific lengths. One complaint is that the check-out line can be confusing and the self checkout often doesn't work well.”
“Karl in the paint department was exceptional! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! He asked us if we needed help right away and immediately recommended a product and we were in and out! That is the kind of service that all your employees should strive to provide! He should be noted internally for his work!”

“Had to get 2 different colors of paint. They exactly matched both colors on the spot. Also picked up some supplies for painting. The service was friendly and extremely professional.The store is so huge, it did take a bit to find the paint section. From what I could tell this place has it all, and not in a big box store way.P. S. The prices were very reasonable.”
