The work is done correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. I do feel though they try to up sell to an extreme. They suggest to replace parts that have 10’s of thousands of miles of service left in them. That’s not customer service.

Always a pleasure buying a Mini from this dealer. This was my 3rd time dealing with Fabrizio who is always knowledgeable and honest. Joy in finance is also a pleasure to deal with. You never leave this dealer feeling ripped off! New car prep could be better tho, a most of the black plastic exterior trim was micro scratched and had to be polished also interior windows were not clean! Other than that was a great experience as usual.

Cara was amazing in Service. Took a long time to get my mini back but that was b/c of the third party warranty. Cara worked diligently with the third party to get the job done and have it covered under the warranty. Highly recommend this dealership!

Great communication, great service, nice people, my car was extra clean when I got it back. Overall great experience! They should look into replacing their coffee machine but as long as the car works great that's what matters.

Overall, my experience with Mini not only made me feel like I was not a priority, but I felt like I was being gaslit. The first experience/appointment where I brought in my vehicle purchased from Carvana seemingly went well (despite the inappropriate conversations from the service workers that was happening out in the open). They at least were informative as far as letting us know what needed to be done with Carvana's insurance department and outlining what was wrong with the vehicle (though I will say some of the things spoken out loud, e.g. something being apparently wrong with the wheel never made it into the written report - shame on me for not double checking prior to leaving). From there, I needed to continuously call, text, and email the Service department requesting they reach out to the insurance company (as is the insurance company's policy) going almost right up to the day where our window of opportunity would have ended. I finally got a response and the parts were ordered. From there, it was a lot more waiting (which I can understand shipping takes time). When I was finally able to drop it off, I was told 3 days max. After texting on the 5th day, the car was coincidentally ready the moment I texted and I was told the wrong part was sent so they needed to get another one (doesn't really jibe with the aforementioned previous shipping timeline, but sure).Upon picking the car up, the Service personnel I had been working with gave us they keys and to our surprise, the trim around the headlight was missing. She walked out with us to review it and we mentioned it was definitely there before we dropped it off (of which I have pictures) and she admitted "yah, that was there - I will have to get back to you when my manager is back". Of course, this led to me needing to follow up endlessly. So I came in on Sept 11 for the work to be done, picked the car up on Sept 16, followed up on the missing part on Sept 20th, 22nd, and once more on Oct 4th when I received a response with a video saying it was missing when I got there. She offered a video which I accepted - the video was from 8:24a (the car was dropped off at 7:30a) and I was told it was impossible that it went missing the car was not even touched or moved until that video was taken (mind you, the car was not parked where I dropped it off). Despite me knowing this, I asked them to confirm that they did in fact just leave my car blocking the pull-through for a full hour before taking the video and they confirmed yes they did (again, not where I parked it). Clearly sensing my frustration and refusal to accept a timeline that makes zero sense, I was told she would speak to the manager tomorrow morning (though they were still open - apparently this manager, Scott, is never there and tends to ignore messages and I can confirm when he actually is present, he is not helpful).Net/Net - was the work done? Yes. Was it done perfectly? No. The door handle still sticks a bit from time to time and some error message came on (and then went away) around when I got it home. At this point, it would be less of a hassle to go elsewhere vs. even trying to work with them on it. Understanding Mini's are few and far between in the area, my advice would be to steer clear of this location if at all possible, unless you are told by your insurance that you NEED to use them. In the latter case, keep those receipts as you will likely need them.

WARNING to all prospective and current Mini owners!!! I own an older (2nd gen) Mini and just moved to the area. I tried to schedule a service appointment here for a standard oil change and scan for a check engine light, but my appoint was cancelled the next day. When I called to find out why, the service department told me that they "can't" service older Minis because they no longer carry OEM parts. Mind you, a standard oil change only requires the oil and the oil filter, both of which are very standard and probably the same one they are using in the newest models. I think the real reason my appointment was cancelled was because they are well aware their cars are built poorly and not expected to last beyond the standard warranty. My Mini has had increasing issue in the last few years but I loved it enough not to scrap it yet. So, at the very least I would have thought, like myself, Mini would stand by their product. Not sure if it's just this dealership (because they are the only dealership within an hour and probably not hurting for business), but I will never buy another Mini and would discourage anyone who asks.

As a woman buying a car can be a daunting experience. From my first contact with Mini of Fairfield until i drove my dream car off the lot i felt respected and well informed. Jeffery was outstanding and sooo much fun to work with. He knew the vehicle and explained all the details with care. Joy in finance was equally helpful in making our purchase seamless. Every time i look at my new to me Mini i smile. I would return to this dealership in a heartbeat.

We came in the test drive a used Honda - we spoke to Jeffrey on the phone first and he was informative and helpful. We told him we would be in for a drive. He had the car pulled out and ready for us to drive. The vehicle was perfectly clean already. We had a pleasant test drive. They then made a fair offer to use for the vehicle, we set an appointment to pick it up and they literally had everything done for a cash sale in like ten minutes. Great experience with them and would definitely purchase again.

Jeff was highly professional and courteous. It was a great experience to buy car at Mini of Fairfield because of his work ethic, he was honest in his dealings and not once he coerced us into buying. We love our new purchase as we received honest and genuine customer service at Mini of Fairfield by Jeff.

Try to avoid using the dealer whenever I can. No choice this time as tires weee not available elsewhere. Dropped car at 8am...called at 2 for status...Tech not available so they said they'd call back...an hour later after receiving no call I called again only to be told car would not be ready today as the wheel balancer was not functioning. Will not have car before lunchtime tomorrow. This for the simple job of replacing two tires. Didn't think I need a loaner for easy job.No call during the day to make me aware that car would not be ready or to offer a loaner.Overpriced...underperform!This is why I try to do most of my mechanical outside of the dealership!!

Love my new Mini Cooper S convertible but loved the experience at MINI of Fairfield County just as much. Fabrizio was a terrific salesperson --knowledgeable, personable, and eager to work with me. I don't usually enjoy the car buying journey and process but he made me feel comfortable and a valued customer.

I went all the way to Connecticut to pick my new car, but it was all worth it. Jeff Laporte was a pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful, very generous of his time, never pushy. I am very happy with my Mini and with the experience at Darien dealership.

I went out to my car on a Friday morning to drive a friend back to the airport and one of my run flat tires was flat. We got in the car and started driving to the dealership and called them on the way. It was a very busy day for the service team and they were down a couple of people and had no loaners. But by the time we arrived, a quick thinking manager had come up with an out of the box solution. They offered me a loaner just long enough to drive my friend to LaGuardia and to get back before the loaner was promised to another customer who was dropping off later in the day for the weekend. Luckily my tire was in stock and they replaced it while I was driving to the airport and back with no trouble and got me on my way with my own car washed and vacuumed when I returned. And all at zero cost because I had added the tire care warranty when I bought the car!Highly recommend Mini of Fairfield County and especially Jeffery A if you’re looking to buy!!

While vacationing I booked a service appointment for an oil change and had the pleasure of meeting, service advisor Cara Rizzo and Ernest Orban was the technician that serviced my vehicle. I would not hesitate to have my vehicle service here again.
