“Literally the best tire place you should go to. If you have a nail in a tire? Go here, no questions asked. They get you in and out in no time! They give you the best scenario option if a plug isn't the right thing to do. I've been coming here my whole life and I always recommend others to come here too. I was just in the other week. They took care of my Civic Type R! I forgot my lug nut adapter and came back the next day and they took care of me very quick! I was out in 15 minutes! Talk about service!”

“I brought my toddler to get my emissions done. While waiting, the staff were absolutely great to her! They had a toy box set out in the waiting area, chatted with her, and let her watch the mechanics through the door. When we got called, there was a an issue getting my PHEV to run the ICE. They handled the issue with care and consideration without holding up other customers. The staff is extremely friendly with customers and amongst themselves from I experienced.”
“I have to say A+++, I would recommend to anyone, I have always felt a comfort coming here but last Friday June 12thvBtwn 9-10 two young men helped me in the 1st bay, I apologize for not remembering their names but these two helped me solve the problem with my car and gave me a comfort knowing I was in good hands made sure everything thing else was good with the car. “I have been a customer here since I moved to CT. The service is consistently excellent. Total investment of $20 cash only and around five minutes. However, you should be prepared to wait in line. This five year award winning emissions center is quite popular with all the locals. There is also an oil change service and automatic car wash.”
“I had a great experience at this Valvoline. I went in right at opening for an oil change and was helped immediately. I had the pleasure of having Jesus as my tech, he was super friendly and helpful. Jesus let me know I needed a new front passenger tire and even recommended a tire shop less than 10 minutes away. “Had a great experience with Smitty’s. We were driving from New Jersey and had to be at a wedding in Boston last Friday night. Cruising along at 65 mph on the Merritt Parkway when the yellow check engine light came on and the car suddenly lost most of its power. I immediately got off at the next exit which was Norwalk Connecticut. Did a search for local service centers and Smitty’s seemed to be the closest. Without an appointment, I drove up and one of the owners had one of his mechanics come out and put the car on a scope to diagnose it. It turned out to be a misfiring cylinder. The mechanic ordered the necessary parts from a parts dealer who apparently was very close. Within one hour I was back on the road. Dropping the work that he was doing in order to help me out went above and beyond and I am truly thankful for that. I consider it one of the luckiest days in my life!”

“I drove up to this area to do shopping as we often do. All the big stores are right around here.
Located right on Route 1 near Costco. Very convenient location.
At the entrance, there is a large sign detailing all the different services available. I got Full Service option.
The friendly guy gives you a ticket and the go inside and walk up to the front to pay. You can watch your vehicle proceed thru the wash cycle.
After paying, there is a bench outside where you can wait for your car. They also have a full service car clinic next door for oil and other services and repairs.
Good price. Great service.
Very clean car in and out.
Highly recommended.”
