Located right on Route 1 near Costco. Very convenient location.
At the entrance, there is a large sign detailing all the different services available. I got Full Service option.
The friendly guy gives you a ticket and the go inside and walk up to the front to pay. You can watch your vehicle proceed thru the wash cycle.
After paying, there is a bench outside where you can wait for your car. They also have a full service car clinic next door for oil and other services and repairs.

“I'm glad I finally stop by. I decided to go for an oil tune up and see how was the service. Since it was my first visit, everything was checked and documented. Very fast service and very considerate price (industry standard). The conversations I had about cars shows that they are experienced and do in fact know their stuff. Brought my other car the next car to get it diagnosed since it had some code errors that my other mechanic shop were not able to figure out, and at Ratchet they were able to narrow it down to 2 possible issues. At the moment my problem is resolved and I'm happy with the service. I'll definitely continue to come for regular maintenance and service.”
