Elena and her team were so gracious and accommodating due to my hectic schedule for the fittings. Bob went above and beyond to help my husband find the perfect winter jacket for his cold commute and outdoor adventures with our infant daughter. What made the visit extraordinary was Bob’s incredible kindness towards our daughter, who had fallen in love with a plush owl toy. When she became distraught about leaving the toy behind, Bob generously gifted it to her, touching our hearts and turning a potential meltdown into a moment of pure joy. The Barbour jacket we selected will keep my husband warm through the winter, but the real warmth came from Bob’s unexpected act of compassion.
