Bob went above and beyond to help my husband find the perfect winter jacket for his cold commute and outdoor adventures with our infant daughter. What made the visit extraordinary was Bob’s incredible kindness towards our daughter, who had fallen in love with a plush owl toy. When she became distraught about leaving the toy behind, Bob generously gifted it to her, touching our hearts and turning a potential meltdown into a moment of pure joy.
The Barbour jacket we selected will keep my husband warm through the winter, but the real warmth came from Bob’s unexpected act of compassion. “We have rented tuxedos from here for the past two years for both of our sons’ proms, and I truly can’t say enough good things. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, including ordering a custom tux to get the look and fit he wanted.
She was friendly, patient, and flexible throughout the process—making the experience seamless. The fittings were easy, the tuxes looked fantastic, and our sons felt confident and comfortable both years.

“I cant say enough about the experience I had at State & Liberty in Westport, CT. The level of service from their team was truly above and beyond.
I stopped in to have a suit I purchased from them steamed, and without hesitation, they also offered to steam a completely different suit I didn’t even buy from their store—all in the same visit. They immediately took both suits, told me not to worry about a thing, and handled everything quickly and professionally.
While I waited, they went the extra mile and made sure I was comfortable—encouraging me to take a seat, relax, and even enjoy a beverage from their top-notch bar cart. That kind of hospitality is rare these days.

“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”

“When I asked Siri to call this Old Navy in Norwalk, it said it had only 1 star and did I still want to call!? I had been there in the past and it’s been a little rough around the edges. But I did proceed and I have to write this review because today , not only did the person answer the phone courteously and stop to find an item I needed, the store was immaculate when I came to pick it up later. EVERYTHING was in its place and the three ladies closing were eager to help me and knowledgeable and capable. 5 stars for me.”
