I also have a Guy that Works there and he is Super nice and Well Dressed and is very polite and if he’s not busy, he will help you with whatever you need. He told me if I ever go in there and I need help with anything just go see him. I’m Very Happy With My Bank . It’s My 1st Time with a Bank Account and I’m very Proud of all the People who Work there and Come in with a Great attitude and ready to work and they always have a smile in their face when I go in there, especially my friend.”
“The Essex is Ok but they think they are better than they are. Salad was good. My husbands tuna had a sauce that fought with the tuna. Suggested wine pairing did not work. Did not enjoy how crowded we were at the bar. We’ll try again.”

“I am looking for a loan and had called for an appointment. The person on the phone said I could come right in, or pick a time. I went in right then. As I walked in, he was watching for me and called me by my name. He was very energetic, positive and knowledgeable! If I can make the loan work out I will be going with Liberty. Very friendly and helpful!!”

“Had to go to the bank in person because my debit card was compromised-Aaron was very patient and helpful; he filed a claim and provided me with a new debit card. “We have been business and personal banking customers at this branch through many changes in ownership for almost 20 years ...New Haven Savings, First Niagara, and now Key. I am reading the bad reviews and I feel I have to stick up for the crew. I find this group of KeyBank employees to be the most professional I have ever seen at this location. There has been low turnover since the new ownership. The lobby looks nicer. The online banking is extremely easy to use. The staff always goes out of their way to assist me. I find the service consistent at other Key branches. My only complaint is that I have to drive to Westbrook when I need a notary. There used to be one in this branch.”
“They are very friendly, but unfortunately they work for a bunch of crooks at corporate. If I didn’t have so many auto accounts with them I’d switch to Chase which recently opened up a branch in Madison.”
