If I could give Key bank negative stars I would . What a joke this place is and they are thieves . They held two $1000 checks for over two weeks for “possible not to collect funds” my checks have never bounced since I’ve been with this bank over two years , and I had no help from customer service .DO NOT USE KEY BANK

wish i could rate 0 stars. went to this branch to cash 2 checks that were already signed over to me and they refused to cash them because the person who signed them over to me was not present with an id. great service am i supposed to fly this person out to Connecticut to cash the dam checks now?
