“This is more than just a pet store. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable. I had seen two vets regarding my dogs digestive issues and tried two different prescription dog foods that made them sicker. My friend sent me to the Feed Bag and the first food the owner recommended fixed both dogs issues immediately and now they have perfect stools. I am so grateful for the help and guidance. Great experience!!”

“Didn't expect to like this store as I live in the area (not SF don't know how Yelp got that in). But it is clean, has a pleasant barn type look to better fit in the area, has a good variety - more food than expected- and better than The Pit Stop, good prices, but mostly saves me trips to the Center, Tylerville,and Killingworth. It truly is a convenience store for us.”

“It was a shock coming in to Choice Pet again after a year of choosing not to shop there! It was like day and night! I’m so thankful and happy to see the new management at this location. I stopped shopping here because it had become so dirty and always had stock issues. The employees were rude and didn’t ever seem to be happy! Not exactly a place I want to spend my money! But now it is so clean and always smells so good. Stock has become so much better and if they don’t have something I need, they order it for me within the same week! The baths are spotless whenever I come in to wash my dogs. The manager there now is amazing and always so helpful. Always smiling and asking if we need help with anything! So glad I made the choice to come back! Keep up the good work because it’s appreciated!”

“For a chain pet store, this Petco is doing just fine. They have a nice selection of groomers, friendly faces behind the register, and plenty of our pups' food in stock. The layout of the store sometimes makes it hard for staff to see you're ready to checkout, but that usually only is an issue during off hours. This location is on the smaller side (maybe a little bigger than the Guilford store?) and feels a little dingier, but they have all I need so...”
“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They gave me the best suggestions when it came to puppy food, toys, and supplies. My puppy is living his best love, thanks to PETCO. In a few months, he will be training to become an ESA/service dog (for myself)”
