“Katie is incredible with our goldendoodle. He can be a little spicy at times, so we wanted to find a groomer who could handle behavior issues, especially around grooming. Katie seemed shocked to hear he had been banned from another groomer. He's so well behaved for her. Its so nice to drop him off without fear for him or the groomer! *Disclaimer on photo* We ask for a square cut rather than rounded like a normal golden doodle cut.”

“Delivery driver here. Super friendly staff. Receiving guys are great! Open at 6am for receiving. If you're there early, there's a place to park and wait directly across the street. Large yard you can get turned around in after unloading.”

“The store manager Kari gave me a very good experience that i wanted to share, my son whos birthday was coming up in a few weeks, has become star wars obsessed, and in the toy isle they had some star wars action figures, and for a very reasonable price, I wanted to get him a little squad of storm troopers to go with the other figures i got him, but they only had one, i traveled to other dollar generals but only managed to find one more, I finally went back to the one in town where i asked Kari if there was anyway to order more and explained the situation, she said she would order more for me, i was very thankful but had my doubts that it would actually get done seeing how shes always running around super busy… but sure enough a few weeks later i went in and she notified me that she ordered a bunch of extra and they all came in!? She went above and beyond and because of her, my plans for my sons birthday present was accomplished just in the nick of time ?”

Crystal, Ash, and Katie have been there for my family’s and I pet emergencies or crazy situations that we didn’t know how to sort through! I noticed a lot of retail stores have a lot of turnover and every time you go into a store it’s a new face and new employees! I love the fact that the manager who is working there has been with the company for years, and I make sure to thank her every time we come in and I see her because it’s nice to have that stable reliable relationship being built! “I go to the local Petco for our guinea pigs needs for the hay and grain that they are required to eat. I gave 4 stars seeing the hay at times while using the same brand and same kind isn’t consistently the same and at times it’s brownish and looks to be an older lot. I used to buy the Carnival one that was the Timothy hay but they no longer carry this to my disappointment and that was consistently the same . Also, I wish they carried more types of bedding such as the waterproof fleece bedding for guinea pigs as we have switched to using instead of the messy bedding that you have to consistently remove once it’s been wet from Guinea pigs going to bathroom . Also the staff are pleasant to me and my daughter as we visit a couple times a week . Thanks !”
