“Excellent customer service, great professionals and superb quality service. Very organize and efficient check-in process which make you wait less than 10 minutes after your arrival. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I have been there twice for blood work and have been treated by Amanda. She is an excellent and adorable professional that makes your blood draw taken from your vein very smooth. Very nice and courteous indeed. Please extend my congratulations to her personally. Employees like her are a valuable good asset to any lab or medical facility. I totally recommend this Quest Diagnostic located at the Beechmont Building in Main Street, Bridgeport, CT. Cheers!”
“Had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning. I am always super nervous to get my blood drawn because people have had a hard time drawing my blood in the past but Donna was great she got it on the first try and made sure I was comfortable. Was in and out in 5 minutes.”
“Appointment at 1:30, was seen by 1:34. Waiting room clean and able to wait outside if preferred. I have tons of anxiety with getting blood taken & sometimes faint. Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.”

“Bathroom should be checked between people because there was urine all over the seat & floor. The woman who was working there was very sweet & nice. She cleaned the bathroom so I could use it. Was a little longer wait then I thought it would be considering I had an appointment & came on time. I like the easy check in process, but the name "Quest" should be outside so it's easy to know where to go.”

“Good overall experience with no real issues. I easily scheduled the appointment online the day before...they had lots of times to choose from including early in the morning which is hard to find at other places like Quest. I showed up at 7:30 am for my appointment and was taken in right away.Was the woman at the front counter super friendly? No, but that's ok. I tend to be overly chatty and not everyone I meet has to match my energy. She was professional and did her job. I would definitely come back again.”
