“Wonderful, kind, caring staff who really understands how to treat those suffering from claustrophobia when it comes to a MRI. Between the meds prescribed by my doctor, the eye masks and aromatherapy, that the center provides, and the fact they will allow someone in the room with you. ( with pre approval), I got through my exam with ease. Alyssa is wonderful, kind, patient, thoughtful and caring. I'd like to add that I "failed" a MRI one week prior at a *different* facility, got out of the machine within 10 minutes. Not here, a totally different stress free experience . I drove 50 minutes from Hartford and it was worth it for the kindness and level of professionalism that I received. I told my primary care doctor, who is located in Hartford, about my positive experience and he told me that he is going to add this location to his list of recommended centers for a MRI based on my experience.”
“Hi on Tusday May the 15th 2020 I was in this location 13:30 PM for blood work I waited for maybe five minutes before they called my name the technician was very nice she didn't have to cut my arm two pieces to be able to draw blood the place was clean and the receptionist she was nice also like always .”

“I am deeply afraid of needles, but I managed to work up the courage to finally get blood drawn for my doctor. When I arrived, I was terrified, but when Granata called me back and welcomed me, I felt immediately calmer. Granata was so kind, gentle, professional and skilled. I have very deep veins and have NEVER had someone hit a vein first try, I have always been stuck multiple times in both arms. But Granata knew I was afraid and she was so patient finding the vein and she hit it first try! I couldn't believe it! I can't adequately explain how much it matters to someone like me to have such a positive experience at a blood draw appointment. I highly recommend this office and am so grateful for Granata and the care she provides to her patients. Thank you!”

Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.”

“Honestly, it's the only place where they actually can find my veins and manage to make me feel at ease. Plus, it's a convenient location.Sure, there's a wait if you walk in. However, if you are above room temperature IQ you will eventually realize that doctors' visits, lab appointments, and urgent care centers are best done online or over the phone for best results.”
“This review is specific to Tracy who drew my blood for a 3 hour glucose on Monday. I had to interact with her four times in three hours as she took my blood and she was very pleasant. I was monitoring my Quest app for my results and wasn’t able to find any results pending for my appointment. I called the number available and spoke with someone at the national help center who told me they had no record of the appointment and I had to go back to the White Plains office. Tracy recognized me, pulled me into her room and took the time to show me in the computer that my results were pending and were being sent to my OBGYN. She did this despite being very busy and I am so appreciative of her kindness and great customer service!”
“I went to the 3rd floor of 849 1st building on the left w/ all the blue glass windows to ? my new neurologist. A very nice man hopes he stays there for a while working as their neurologist.”

“Excellent service. The phlebotomist is very expert and is careful to avoid mistakes in processing complex multi blood orders. Also she provides much care and kindness to patients, and is carful not to make the blood draw painful, even when drawing large amounts. I had never waited long for service, even without an appointment. I travel a distance to have blood draws here, as she is the very best phlebotomist i have ever come across.”

“My 4 year old son just had a complete panel drawn (5 tubes) and I cannot speak highly enough of the 2 women who helped us. They got him on the first stick, and we’re done in under a minute. He was crying the entire time (obviously) but they were so calm and professional!!! I would recommend this location to anyone with young kids or hard veins. Thank you ladies!!!!”
“I went to the Milford Quest with my disabled mother in law for blood work.I had never been to this location previously.My first impression was very positive-it was more modern and seemed more hygienic than other locations.The staff was undergoing training on the day we were there.They had new sign in technology also.(So easy!)We were greeted warmly and she was taken in on time.The phlebotomist was professional and incredibly caring.It was a 5 star experience from start to finish!”

“Let me preface by saying I struggle with blood draws. I had a lovely experience at this facility. The building is well maintained and clean as well as the suite the station is in. The lady who was there this morning (1/9/2024) was absolutely amazing, she had a sparkling and reassuring personality even early in the morning, and performed the most painless blood draw! She is truly a master of her profession! Definitely recommend appointments for any medical facility and with the easy user friendly interface it makes it quick and convenient. Thanks again!”
