“I have been a client now for more than 2 decades. The staff goes through many changes, and some were fantastic, I still miss Scott, and others not so much. On 7/12/2024 I recently stopped in the Orange CT Store and the new team members were great. They were very customer focused and really seem to care. I also was touched that they still donate and ask client's if they would like to support by purchasing a can of food, or toy etc. As we all know the human touch is not present when one chooses an online option and thought about this as I left with a smile as I really enjoyed my shopping experience.”

“This store and its owner are absolutely amazing. The prices are a little bit on the higher end but are fair for the quality and selection of products offered. There is parking available in front of the store. Products range from cat and dog items to items for more exotic animals like guinea pigs and rabbits. Additionally, the owner of the store makes her own crochet pet beds, which are beautiful and well-crafted. I do not come here often because it is a trip to get there, but when I do, I know my pup and I will leave happy. I wish I had a photo to add, but my dog already gobbled up the bones I bought for her there lol.”

“I was SO impressed by their aquatics section. The tanks are clean and well-maintained. This was the first time I've been to a large retailer where I didn't see a single dead fish. I overheard the employees giving good, genuine advice about which fish would suit a family that came in, and how best to care for them. There's also an amazing curation of unusual fish - some I have never seen before in my life, and had to look up. Clearly someone at this store loves and cares about fish, and I hope whoever that is has a WONDERFUL day.”

“Its a good place , but hard to make decisions when it came down to flea medicine, so I had to buy pet armor cap action tablets, a pet armor flea and tick collar incase my dog wont swallow the tablets and pet armor home spray incase they are around the house . In the past I bought the drops that get put down the dogs back ,but last year I purchased 2 different kinds and they did not help getting rid of the fleas last year so im trying something new,expensive but new.”
