“Chrissy is an absolute asset to this practice. She proved her compassion and intelligence with our family dogs over 10 years ago (I was a teenager). When I got my own cat, Sunny, a little over a year ago, Chrissy once again proved herself by going above and beyond. Without me asking (or thinking of it) she found previous records on him that answered many questions right off the bat. She remembers details about my allergy-ridden boy and will save samples or info about new products and scour the internet when his food is out of stock. She will always listen, learn, and give honest advice no matter what silly question I ask
Dr. Marotta is a stellar doctor. He is compassionate, thorough, and will make sure you understand every detail of care. He will sit on the floor with Sunny the entire visit, only putting him on the exam table when it’s time to do the actual exam. He isn’t afraid and trusts him the same way I do. He and his assistant drew blood and gave a vaccine right in the room with nothing more than a towel to make a loose kitty burrito. They didn’t take him to the back or hold him too tightly, scruff him, stuff him in his carrier, nothing.
Chrissy, Dr. Marotta, and every tech/assistant I’ve had over the years are kind and trustworthy and love my baby (almost) as much as I do.
Yes, it’s expensive. Yes, my cat gets better heathcare than I do. Yes, it’s worth every penny.”

“I called in for an emergency visit for my Cat Salem he wouldn’t stop puking and I was extremely worried. Dr Broderick’s staff said if I didn’t mind waiting I could be seen the same day at 10:30am. We arrived at the appointment and was immediately seen and out within a half an hour for a diagnosis. Dr. Broderick was extremely professional and made me feel better about Salem. If you need a new Veterinarian I highly recommend him!”
“I could not be happier with Dr. Valentino and the staff at Pond Point Animal Hospital! Truly! Ruby is an excitable Australian Shepard, who, last time there was a terror, and I was worried. Well she was merely excited this time .... Dr. Valentino was wonderful and gave Ruby a great exam, and was very attentive to her behavior and engaged me during the exam keeping me attuned to what she was doing. I was very pleased. I think it takes a special talent and personality to be a "good" veterinarian.... Who treats not only our pets but us as well.... Dr. Valentino does this admirably well! They truly were supportive and kept telling me to keep them updated on my dog which ended up passing away a few hours ago. Thank you so much for treating my girl with kindness today. I highly recommend this place. I also take my cats here and my cats enjoy it!! I know that Dr. Adam did everything he could and my poor girl just wasn’t going to get any better so the best option was to put her down. Again very thankful for everything they do here. “They have been phenomenal for our 4year old cat. She is feisty and has unfortunately had quite a list of health issues over the past year and a half. Last year she became very sick basically overnight. Our previous primary "low cost" vet was impossible to get a hold of. I was frantically calling every vet I could find and no one was willing to fit her in as a new patient. They were so kind and did what they could to get us seen. They worked with us on finding her the right medication and offered affordable options. Their visits are pretty affordable as well. The doctor is great, thorough, and straight to the point. Would absolutely recommend.”

“If you are looking for excellent veterinary care and a very welcoming environment, this is the place! Everyone is honestly the best here. We've established a relationship with Seymour Veterinary Hospital for our babies, two cats, Andromeda and Nova and our dog Peyton. Both Dr. Gumprecht and Dr. Budris have helped with exams and excellent gentle care for our fur babies. They've fit us in extremely quick with critical appointments a few times already. Everyone is very well-spoken and clear with their advice and explanations. I've even received multiple calls to check in on our cats, who are currently on antibiotics. Even our dog, who was a rescue and is extremely anxious, did terrific with everyone in the back! Once we first got into the lobby, I knew this was where we'll be staying.
