“Prior to coming here I was turned down by several body shops. The damage to my car was minimal, but the damaged part was an aftermarket part, therefore no one wanted to take a chance.
Fast forward, I arrived at A&R and met with Greg. One of the nicest gentleman I met. He came outside and without hesitation agreed to have the company look at the car and figure out if they would be able to fix it.
I dropped my car off and the same day they determined the cause, which was a plastic bracket. It was fixed the next day and they gave me a very honest price. Can’t find trustworthy places such as this anymore.

“We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. “I had given my 1987 Nissan 200SX to Mark who looked over my car which had a smashed up front popup head light smashed in, along with a dented hood, and crippled fender, and broken side marker. Due to the rarity of my car Mark mentioned to me he is able to repair my car, but sourcing the parts would be difficult. Luckily I know how to get the parts from my car, and so I brought it to him and his team was able to get my car back on the road quickly and looking even better than before! Everything was lined up and looking new and refreshed. He was able to redo my pin strips on my fenders, and blend the paint with the rest of the car so it all looks and feels fantastic! Will recommend this place for body work for sure!”

She had exactly what I needed, I ended up spending an hour and a half in her store because of her knowledge that she had for restoring any type of furniture that you could imagine. “I needed similar work done on a second car, both being sideswiped. After my 1st experience with them, I asked for them, and they weren’t on this particular agent’s list. “Plaza provided details of estimate, small wait notification due to item being so popular they had to hunt one down. (Chevy AC’s are notoriously known for working/not working before totally crapping out). All in all excellent work, only had vehicle for 26 hours, which IMHO is quite speedy in this day and age. Highly recommend. BTW, if you have constraints on when an item is needed, being transparent with Plaza ahead of time saves face. Find most humans do not reciprocate the respect that many businesses deserve nowadays.”
