I would give 4.5/5 stars because the date that the car would be finished got pushed a couple times, which was annoying.”

Thankfully not only did Jose answer, but told me to come by and said he would quote me and perform the service same day . After oil had gotten on my engine it was something that needed to be taken care of quickly. “I needed similar work done on a second car, both being sideswiped. After my 1st experience with them, I asked for them, and they weren’t on this particular agent’s list. As in the first case, G&J did great work, and their overall customer service was excellent. If I had photos from this device, I’d upload some. Maybe, I’ll get back and add on, if possible. Again, not just the work, but the service as well.”

“If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely 100% call the Plaza towing the tow truck driver went beyond his job to make sure that everything was secure in the tow. I’m a retired mechanic and this person treated my car like it was his own also had to deal with new school paperwork, computers Almost like he was an office worker at the same time kept in touch with his company took pictures. Very good hard worker. A+ plus in my book”

“I found Jaime’s Vintage Restorations shop last year when I needed a mold A.S.A.P. She had exactly what I needed, I ended up spending an hour and a half in her store because of her knowledge that she had for restoring any type of furniture that you could imagine. She taught me so much that day. I decided to take a class and I have been taking classes ever since. Jamie is not just an owner of a brick and mortar shop for IOD’s and other products. She has compassion for what she does and that shows in everything she creates.”

“Prior to coming here I was turned down by several body shops. The damage to my car was minimal, but the damaged part was an aftermarket part, therefore no one wanted to take a chance.
Fast forward, I arrived at A&R and met with Greg. One of the nicest gentleman I met. He came outside and without hesitation agreed to have the company look at the car and figure out if they would be able to fix it.
I dropped my car off and the same day they determined the cause, which was a plastic bracket. It was fixed the next day and they gave me a very honest price. Can’t find trustworthy places such as this anymore.
