“CrossFit ironworks was so so hospitable to us - we dropped in over the holiday weekend and they were able to accommodate us traveling through. Thank you, CF Ironworks!!??”
“I started training with Coach Matt 6 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn self defense/ jiu jitsu, or compete at a combat sport (such as MMA) this is truly the place to be. The black belts who teach jiu jitsu are top notch and devote a lot of time and effort into helping you better yourself mentally and physically. Coach Chris (strength coach) is amazing at what he does and will help you reach your goals whether you’re looking to get in shape, or elevate your conditioning to the next level. He structures workouts based on your personal goals, and always has new fun workouts so you’ll never get tired of doing the same old routine. Honored and blessed to call this place my home and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to train - come check this gym out! The members are very friendly and welcoming, so much that it makes the gym seem like a big family rather than an average gym where everyone is on their own. My only wish is that there were more places in the world like this gym! Go Team Tritac!!!(P.s) I’ve won 7 mma fights in a row & counting since joining this gym ? come train with us!”

“I was pleasantly surprised, that anytime fitness has pretty much any gym tool you can think of from machines to sleds to free weights to kettlebells, TRX, bands, mats, etc. I just had my orientation with the trainer today. Sara was wonderful. They all appear very knowledgeable and excited about helping you reach your fitness goals. Glad I found it!”
“Ive been to this gym at many different times and when Luna is working thats when i have the best experience. She is very helpful and KIND. Very kind and positive attitude. Always smiling and happy to assist. She was very patient and understanding dealing witha VERY RUDE lady at the gym. Luna gets her recognition here in this review we appreciate Luna very much!! Very kind patient helpful employee!”
“Gorgeous facility and incredibly clean, especially when you consider the activity and foot traffic. A lot of CrossFit elements and movements but what makes this so different from an actual CrossFit gym is not the modifications, but the complete lack of pretense or judgement for using the modifications. Steve, the owner, has managed to keep the intensity, muscle&cardio building, and calorie burn of a CrossFit workout while taking out any silly notions that your body should be in real pain when you are done. Whether you are an All American athlete or someone looking to get back in the gym and get in shape, Triton has the program for you.Lastly, I do not work here and I was not paid or asked to post this. I'm a 15 year fitness professional who knows quality when I see it.”
“We go every morning here. The staff are friendly and the place is clean with new equipment. The showers and bathroom are always clean and the other customers in the morning are friendly and focused on their workouts.”
“Being new to the area after after a total life change at 56.There was a lot going on with me. In 2019 I was hit and run over As a pedestrian by a 2019 Jeep Cherokee SUV and sustained severe injuries.Yes, I had gained some weight and I've always been up and down with my weight but my goal was to avoid a disc fusion and two knee replacements.I hadn't gotten the proper physical therapy due to COVID so, while trying to learn my way around. I happened to find myself outside StrongerHerfitness and had the pleasure to meet Erika Hurst. She has been instrumental in helping me not only physically but the her gym and the people there are like a family. Erika is very, very knowledgeable In our body, how our body works, nutrition, exercise. My first meeting with her (as she does with everybody) was an individual session and she set a plan specific to my body. Taking my injuries into consideration, She is well educated on what would be uncomfortable and what we needed to build strengths on.She has a professional yet delightful personality. The gym itself has a very relaxing demeanor yet everybody's doing their thing.Erika Makes sure she keeps an eye on everyone's workout. Encouraging us, answering our questions. We can ask her questions at any time and she asks us "Is this comfortable?" "How are you feeling?"She is genuine, authentic, professional, knowledgeable yet easygoing. For a young lady she has established quite a bit and I'm proud to call her not only my personal trainer, an inspiration but a friend as well because that's just how she is with everyone. Very genuine. If you're looking for somewhere to work out, educate yourself, rebuild your muscles, lose weight any of those things. Erika has the knowledge, personality and sets a very comfortable atmosphere. Personally, I will never go anywhere else. She offers a free trial. I would definitely check it out if you're looking into this sort of thing because she starts everybody exactly where they need to be.”

“Great gym! It’s very well maintained. All the machines are clean and the weights are organized. Although it’s not the biggest space, they’re got a great selection of machines, benches, squat racks, and free weights. Customer service here is great, and they have a friendly staff who is easy to work with.”

“I went to this Y as a teenager and went back as an adult when I moved back to the area. The prices are high but if you use the facilities it is worth it.It is an old school Y but is pretty good. This is a really good swimming gym and the pools are open almost all day with open swim when they aren't having classes with the plus of having a dry sauna in between the 2 pools. The weight room is good but crowded and they are missing some equipment like a glute machine or good machines to work your abs but overall a good gym with a good crowd. They have a lot of programs for kids and older folks which is nice.”
“Since I am not a swimmer [Virgo...we don't do that] and the pool has been closed for a long time, this place is just right for me. I have the possibility of using a gym in the retirement community in which I live but this friendly neighborhood place suits me better. I like the mix of age groups and the set of friends I have there. Five mornings a week is my schedule and if I even try to miss a workout day I will get a text from someone in the group wondering where I am.”
“Friendly staff, clean and plenty of updated equipment for even the most advanced athletes. Other members are friendly and courteous as well, and best of all, it’s rarely ever crowded. I’m really impressed, keep up the great work!”

“I am very comfortable at this gym. The employees are friendly, equipment and gym is clean and sanitary and people are nice. My trainer Andrew is awesome and really cared about my safety, goals, and progress.”
“Nice rink, well maintained ice.Skate sharpening schedule is an absolute mystery, unfortunately.Hockey seems to be prioritized over figure skating (especially in the pro shop), but there are plenty of figure skaters during open rink hours. As a parent, I wish they'd turn the heat on in the upper level bleachers. It's very cold up there while watching lessons.”
“If you're looking for motivation, this is the gym to go to. The inclusiveness and friendliness of the staff is refreshing. The classes are fun. The personal training is geared to what you want to get out of your gym experience. This particular location instills a positive lifestyle change/continuation. I am beyond happy with what I have accomplished by going to this gym. I look forward to what I will gain through my personal determination, which is also aided by the support from the staff!”
“It's a great facility with a wide range of equipment. The 24/7 portion of the gym is also convenient and provides access to cardio equipment, strength training equipment, a full machine circuit, as well as boxing and functional training in the lower level.”
