“We moved to town 3 years ago and weren't sure where we'd end up getting our dog's nails trimmed as even at places we love it felt like a hassle for everyone. Dirty Dog has the option to stay with your dog while the groomer trims (or dremels) nails, which seems to help her calm down a bit. The girls are always quick, incredibly friendly, and know our dog by name. Love getting treats/toys there and every once in a while after a particularly muddy hike we've taken advantage of the DIY baths, too, which are great.”
“Great place for anything you need related to your backyard. The owners are always there every day and are very helpful with any and all of your questions.
They have treats for your dogs and cats
They have birdfeeders that you’re going to love
A huge assortment of fertilizers and grass seed
For bulk pick up, they have a forklift they can drop a pallet in the back of your truck if you need that much grass seed or mulch
Very nice and convenient place to do your spring shopping
I prefer this place over Home Depot any day of the week or month or year
Nice fast quick service with a smile very reasonable prices also
I do encourage people to visit this place”

“A well-stocked, family-owned farm supply with everything we need—from pine shavings to hay and more. The staff is incredibly friendly and we’re always greeted with a smile. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. We look forward to coming here for many years for all of our small and large animal needs. ?⬛️??”
“Our boy plays hard all day and sleeps all night. A tired pup is a good pup. I can tell he’s playing hard from the sheer amount of dirt on him when we pick him up! Lol we love it, and the socialization aspect he gets as well. When we drop him off he doesn’t even look back once”
“The brothers are amazing.... always willing to talk about a problem and how to resolve it with the animals... great quality Blue Seal products for my Chicken, ducks, quail and Turkeys....”
“The store manager Kari gave me a very good experience that i wanted to share, my son whos birthday was coming up in a few weeks, has become star wars obsessed, and in the toy isle they had some star wars action figures, and for a very reasonable price, I wanted to get him a little squad of storm troopers to go with the other figures i got him, but they only had one, i traveled to other dollar generals but only managed to find one more, I finally went back to the one in town where i asked Kari if there was anyway to order more and explained the situation, she said she would order more for me, i was very thankful but had my doubts that it would actually get done seeing how shes always running around super busy… but sure enough a few weeks later i went in and she notified me that she ordered a bunch of extra and they all came in!? She went above and beyond and because of her, my plans for my sons birthday present was accomplished just in the nick of time ?”
“We came here for tarantula decor. A lot of reptile and fish decorations work perfectly. The selection for all animals was actually really good. The staff were outstanding and helped us out. It was a nice departure from big chain pet stores. This will be our go to pet store.”

“James did an excellent job grooming my maltipoo. He met the timeline he set upfront and showed great attention to detail. As he was bringing Bella to meet me, he noticed an errant hair and took the time to grab his shears and snip it. I feel sometimes people have negative perceptions about Petco groomers; however, James is excellent, and it seems several other groomers at this location are standouts as well.”
“Some of the people there help you find what you need and they're very nice. Went there to look for either a gecko or bearded dragon. Get all my crickets and bugs there for my bearded dragon.”
“Awesome place to browse for future homestead planning while grabbing necessary pet essentials. Aside from the fun shopping for horses, chickens, cats, dogs, animals and the like, my visit today was for one special purpose. CHICK DAY 2026! IFYKYK. For those into animal husbandry and poultry farming, I’m told this year’s Chick Day will occur in the first two weeks of February. Also as a Bark Box customer, happy to see individual Bark Box products for sale in the toy aisle.”
“Jermaine was extremely helpful and very professional. He is super knowledgeable and made decision making super easy! I will always be loyal to this location as long as Jermaine remains in charge. I have already told all me friends and family to ask for him when they shop in Wallingford Tractor supply!”
“Took my dog for a grooming service, she was done within 2 hours which is the quickest I’ve ever seen her groomed before, her previous Petco took 4 hours…. Overall happy with the service. She was very comfortable with her groomer, groomer was very polite and groomed my baby very well.”

“Great local spot with a very friendly owner. For a small store this is my go to spot for my cats and my dog, Brenda always seems to have exactly what I need at reasonable prices.”
