“Absolutely great service from the guys at SAF-T. I have been looking for a reliable automotive repair shop in Wallingford since moving up here. I was previously told by the Honda dealership that I had cracked lower control arm bushings. I brought it to SAF-T, along with some other squealing noises that I have been hearing. They did an in-depth inspection and let me know that there was no issues with the bushings at all. The did however find a valve cover leak. Absolutely great communication and had my car turned around the same day. There is a reason why this place has almost 500 5 star reviews. I won’t take my cars anyplace else from now on. They have won me over with fair pricing, honesty, and communication.”

I had a bit of unique situation - my car seat recliner setting was changed/moved all the way back by another repair/mechanic while trying to fix the car AC and now the seat won’t go back up. Went back to the original mechanic and they couldn’t do anything. I came to Joe’s just for an opinion- if it’s doable at all, or I had to replace electrical stuff inside the seat and one of the guys was nice enough, took the car in as a walk-in and 10 mins later it’s done!! He was trying to evaluate what’s wrong but tried couple things and it worked!! Honest auto repair, highly recommend their services”

“I will be giving all of my auto repair and services to Bills Auto. I can’t say enough about their customer service. I called and explained the issue my Ram truck was having, they let me know of all the options for repair and possible manufacturer coverage.
After getting the truck fixed through warranty, my truck still needed brakes and fluids. The dealership cost was ridiculous! I brought my truck to Bill’s and they made sure that those services were required.
At no point did Bill’s Auto try to upsell any of the unnecessary services that the dealership tried to. Needless to say I paid a quarter of the price for the required stuff.”

“This branch of Firestone is extremely clean, welcoming and the staff are friendly. I've been here twice, not a complaint. The staff is very knowledgeable and admit when they can or can't do something, which gains points with me. Also, for some reason, they give you realistic quotes for the work needed, not inflated markups like the Firestone in Wallingford. I saved over $251 for the same thing I was going to have done in Wallingford. Honestly, it's worth the drive out to Middletown just to come to this place. Thank you!”

“Definitely worth the look. I mean I had a slow leak in right rear and it was unrepairable to close to sidewall. They gave me a temporary tired until they ordered a new set of four tires. I quite didn't have the cash or money so they offered financing before which was a big help. Thanks dudes?”
“Scott is a veteran mechanic who is honest and won't ever tell you there's problems that don't exist. The problem is I'm not sure if he's taking new clients or walk ins because he has a huge contract with the post office. You will typically see 1-2 mail trucks on his shop grounds and they are with good reason his top priority.”

“Visiting Portland for a weekend wedding and blew out an oversized performance tire. After hours, a staff member offered “how can I help?” I returned on a Monday morning, they special ordered the tire for me, got it the same day mounted and balanced, and put it on the car w/o appointment saving me an extra night of hotel cost. Service by all three staff members including the owner John was exceptional. Expected a charge equal to my emergent situation and it was better than what I routinely pay to a leading Internet tire vendor that I routinely shop with. This place was the epitome of customer service and efficiency. TY!”

“The cake decorator Rebecca is wonderful!!! They have two layer cakes that are light and delicious . I had a vision of sunflowers cascading down the side and she made it happen! I am so happy . This is my new place to buy all my cakes . This is the second cake I ordered here . I highly recommend them. She is wonderful!!! I tried to talk to a manger about her but no luck. I hope they read this .”
