“Let me first start of by saying my first experience with Powder Ridge was absolutely phenomenal. I have a cat who has had a rash for several weeks now. I had an appointment and had a very short wait until I was called in and greeted by the amazing technician Jess. She told me in detail what to expect for my visit. Allowed time to allow my cat to warm up to her before going to get Dr. Carey who is also amazing. They definitely assured me my fur baby was going to be okay. They answered all my questions and I left there with no worries. People are always worried about pricing but they are very reasonable and even included a complimentary nail trimming. I think we have found our forever vet home. Thanks Jess, Dr. Carey and Powder Ridge!!”

“Our boy Mr Meow, had to go in for the inevitable procedure to ensure he was going to be happy and healthy for as long as possible. He was neutered last week.
I didn't like the idea at all, nor did he I'm certain. But, the ladies here made me feel at ease.
It wasn't easy for me to walk out the door while he was calling for me, but they did a really great job of assisting me it was normal for me to break down and sigh to the point of ugly crying on my way to the car.
When I called, and texted, and left messages, and called back, they addressed my concerns without making me feel like a hassle, and arranged things so that my schedule didn't miss a beat- I had come down from Plymouth, and that was a concern that they worked closely on with me to avoid problems with.
And now he's doing just perfectly fine a week later he's happy, shiny, and mew.”

My dog has struggled with chronic yeast infections for years and we tried everything to help… so many vets… so many meds…Killingworth’s wholistic approach and vast knowledge in various disciplines improved his quality of life ten fold and today we are yeast free.
Today, I called them about my cat. They saw him and only charged me for his antibiotics. They literally gave me their time for free and at the drop of a hat. This office worked with the primary vet to get his records, saw us same day, followed up the next day, and got him squared away. The vet tech even gave me her personal cell! Highly recommend.”
